係合部は、外キヤツプが内キヤツプの開封方向へ
回転された際に外キヤツプを上方に滑り上げる斜
面部を互いに有し、また上記回転方向の逆方向へ
外キヤツプが回転された際に係合しあう、この回
転方向に対して直交する面部を互いに有すること
