ったん故障が発生するとビルや工場の機能に大きく影響
するので、専門の保守員が日常の点検保守をおこない故

と新しい測定値との比較をなくしてはならず多くの労力
が必要であった。さらに比較した結果により交換または
修理をおこなうか否かの判断をしなくてはならず、時間
が多くかかり、交換、修理への対応が遅くなってしまう

る手段と、入力した信号を順次データ化する手段と、前
記データを順次格納する記憶装置と、前記データ群にお
ける一定以上のバラツキの有無を判定する手段と、前記
