[Background technology] In general, for expressway passes, etc., various information is recorded on the surface of cards such as paper cards by pasting magnetic tape or printing with magnetic ink in addition to ordinary printed characters. It allows for automatic processing. Incidentally, thousands of such cards are stacked and stored in a device, and sent out one by one by a card feeding device. Conventionally, well-known card feeding devices include, for example, a computer. There is a friction roller type device described on page 267 of the Peripheral Terminal Equipment Handbook (November 10, 1970, published by Latisse Co., Ltd.). That is, as shown in FIG. 2, a large number of cards 1 are stored in a stacked state in the device, pushed up from below by the pusher plate 3, and the roller 4 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the top layer of cards 1. Thus, the cards 1 are carried out one by one from the top by the frictional force between the cards 1 and the rollers 4. In this device, it is necessary to keep the contact pressure and contact area of the roller 4 against the card 1 constant so that the card 1 is not fed out or two or more cards are not fed out at the same time. However, since the card 1 as described above has a magnetic tape attached to the surface or is printed with magnetic ink, the surface of the card 1 has irregularities of about several μm. When several thousand sheets are stacked, the thickness is several mm to several centimeters. Therefore, only the magnetically recorded portions may swell, causing the card stack to tilt, making it impossible to bring the roller 4 into close contact with the surface of the cards 1. In addition, since the tilt angle changes depending on the number of cards 1, it is not possible to cope with the tilt of the surface of the card 1 by simply contacting the surface of the card 1 with the roller 4 fixed in a fixed position as in the past. As a result, a problem arises in that the card 1 is not fed out or two or more cards are fed out at the same time.

[Purpose of the invention] The invention was made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to maintain a constant contact pressure and contact area between the card surface and the roller, and to keep the card constant at all times. An object of the present invention is to provide a card dispensing device capable of dispensing cards by force.

[Disclosure of the invention] (Structure) The card dispensing device according to the present invention includes a pushing plate that presses the bottom surface of a card bundle in which a plurality of cards are stacked vertically to urge the card bundle upward; A roller that is in contact with the center of the top surface and holds the card stack between it and the extrusion plate and is driven to rotate and sends out the cards in order from the top; A shaft is arranged in substantially perpendicular directions and supports a roller at its longitudinal center, and a spring pressure adjustment screw is screwed to an arm fixed in a fixed position above the shaft so that it can move forward and backward in the vertical direction. A spring, which is disposed above the shaft and substantially parallel to the shaft, and whose longitudinal center portion is pivoted to the lower end of the spring pressure adjustment screw so that it can tilt freely in a plane perpendicular to the card feeding direction. It consists of a receiving piece and a pressing spring that is interposed between both ends of the shaft and both ends of the spring receiving piece to press the shaft downward on both sides of the roller. The shaft and a spring receiving piece disposed above the shaft substantially parallel to each other are connected via a pressure spring that applies a spring force in the vertical direction, and a spring pressure adjustment screw that allows the center part of the spring receiving piece to move forward and backward in the vertical direction. The shaft of the roller that presses against the upper surface of the card bundle is pivoted so that it can tilt freely in a direction substantially perpendicular to the card feeding direction. Therefore, the first feature of the present invention is that the contact surface of the roller to the card is approximately parallel to the card surface, so that the contact pressure between the roller and the card does not change, and the optimum contact pressure is maintained. The second feature is that
The pressing force of the roller against the card can be adjusted by a spring pressure adjustment screw that can move forward and backward in the vertical direction, so that the optimum pressure can be obtained depending on the material of the card.

(Example) In the following example, an example will be shown in which one pressure spring 8 is provided on each side of the roller 4. As shown in FIG. 1, a card bundle 2 in which cards 1 are stacked vertically is urged upward by a pushing plate 3 that abuts the lower surface of the card bundle 2. The card stack 2 is arranged so that the card stack 2 is fed upward without shifting its position.
The stocker 9 is housed in a stocker 9 having a side wall in contact with the periphery of the stocker 9. On the upper surface of the card bundle 2, approximately at the center in the width direction of the card bundle 2, the peripheral surface of a flat cylindrical rubber roller 4 or a roller 4 whose peripheral surface is coated with rubber contacts a pulley fixed to the side surface of the roller 4. By transmitting the rotation of the output shaft of the motor 10 via the belt, the roller 4 is rotationally driven and the card is sent out in the circumferential direction of the roller 4. The roller 4 is pivotally supported approximately at the longitudinal center of the shaft 6 via a bearing so as to be rotatable relative to the shaft 6. One end of a pressure spring 8 is fixed to each end of the shaft 6, and the other end of each pressure spring 8 is fixed to both longitudinal ends of a spring receiving piece 7, which is substantially parallel to the shaft 6 and disposed above the shaft 6. Fixed. The pressure springs 8 have substantially the same natural length and the same spring constant. Spring receiving piece 7
A pivot receiving hole 11 with an open top is formed at a position directly above the roller 4 at the center of the baking in the longitudinal direction.
A spring pressure adjustment screw 13 is screwed into an arm 12 fixed to the stocker 9 and is movable up and down.
The tip of the pivot hole 11 is received by the pivot receiving hole 11. That is, the tip of the spring pressure adjusting screw 13 is sharp and makes point contact with the spring receiving piece 7 within the pivot receiving hole 11, and the spring receiving piece 7 is moved in the direction of feeding the card 1 using the tip of the spring pressure adjusting screw 13 as a fulcrum. It is pivoted so that it can tilt freely in orthogonal planes. Further, by moving the spring pressure adjusting screw 13 forward and backward, the pressing force of the roller 4 against the card 1 can be adjusted.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and its operation is such that the top surface of the card stack 2 is tilted due to unevenness caused by printing on the surface of the individual cards 1 stacked in the stocker 9. , the roller 4 tries to take a stable position (that is, in many cases, a position where the contact area between the card 1 and the roller 4 is large), and as the roller 4 is tilted at this time, the pressure spring is released. 8 rotates the spring receiving piece 7 in a direction that equalizes the left and right spring forces. As a result, substantially equal force is applied to both ends of the shaft 6, and the roller 4 comes into pressure contact with the card 1 with the peripheral surface of the roller 4 parallel to the surface of the card 1. In other words, the contact pressure and contact area between the card 1 and the roller 4 are kept approximately constant regardless of the inclination angle of the top surface of the card 1, and once the optimum state is set, deviation from that state will not occur. As a result, it is possible to prevent two cards 1 from being fed or empty cards from being fed. Here, the optimum contact state between the card 1 and the roller 4 can be adjusted by moving the spring pressure adjusting screw 13 forward or backward depending on the material of the card 1.
In the above explanation, a configuration was described in which the shaft 6 can be tilted freely in a plane perpendicular to the delivery direction. Means used in the field of shock absorption and the like can be applied. That is, for example, arm 1
It is only necessary to insert the shaft fixed to 2 into the shaft 6 and the spring receiving piece 7, and since this is a conventionally known means, the explanation thereof will be omitted.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention includes a push-out plate that presses the lower surface of a card bundle in which a plurality of cards are stacked vertically to urge the card bundle upward, and a central portion of the upper surface of the card bundle. A roller that is in contact with the card stack, holds the card stack between it and the extrusion plate, and is driven to rotate and sends out the cards in order from the top; A shaft is arranged in the direction of the shaft and pivots the roller at its longitudinal center, a spring pressure adjusting screw is screwed to an arm fixed in a fixed position above the shaft so as to be able to move forward and backward in the vertical direction, and the shaft. a spring receiving piece disposed above the shaft substantially parallel to the shaft and having its longitudinal central portion pivoted to the lower end of the spring pressure adjusting screw so as to be tiltable in a plane perpendicular to the card feeding direction; It consists of a pressure spring that is interposed between both ends of the shaft and both ends of the spring receiving piece to press the shaft downward on both sides of the roller, and a shaft that pivotally supports the roller and a pressure spring that presses the shaft downward on both sides of the roller. The shaft and a spring receiving piece arranged approximately parallel to each other are connected via a pressure spring that applies a spring force in the vertical direction, and the shaft of the roller that presses the center of the spring receiving piece against the top surface of the card stack is used to feed the card. Since the roller is pivoted so that it can tilt freely in a direction approximately perpendicular to the direction of the card, the contact surface of the roller to the card is approximately parallel to the card surface, and the contact pressure between the roller and the card does not change, making it always optimal. This has the advantage that a suitable contact pressure is maintained. Furthermore, since the pressing force of the roller against the card can be adjusted by a spring pressure adjusting screw that can move forward and backward in the vertical direction, it has the advantage that an optimum pressure can be obtained depending on the material of the card.
