For this reason, people drink rainwater and river water to survive the water pressure, but serious situations have arisen in which diseases and infectious diseases are caused by pathogenic bacteria in the water. In order to cope with such a situation, there is a strong demand for a potable sterilizing water purifying agent that can obtain drinking water for emergency and emergency conservation.

As described in Publication No. 48, there is a water purifier that adds fluoride to raw water and energizes it to generate fluoride ions through ionization, and the generated fluoride ions kill bacteria contained in the water and purify it. Are known. however,
As a portable energizing means, this water purifier needs to be filled with self-fusing electrodes in the form of blocks or particles that can conduct galvanic current, but this is extremely costly, so as mentioned above, the It could not be used as a sterilizing water purifying agent for drinking water, which is supplied in large quantities.

たことを要旨とするものである。"Means for Solving the Problems" The structure of the present invention in accordance with the above object is to form a bag-like simple water purifier main body with an open top by heat-sealing or high-frequency sealing a plastic material. A funnel-shaped holding part is connected to the inner peripheral part of the main body to removably hold the filter medium bag, and through the holding part, the upper part is used as a treated liquid storage chamber, and the lower part is made into a purified water storage chamber, and the treated liquid is stored. The gist of the chamber is that the upper part of the chamber is used as a sterilization, precipitation, and agglomeration chamber via an opening/closing means that can be opened and closed.

It has also been demonstrated that this reaction simultaneously aggregates visible suspended solids (SS) and that the reaction effect provides a strong sterilization effect.

A degree of wetness is sufficient. Of course, no harmful results will occur if the amount added is greater than this, but an excess amount will lower the pH, so it is better to neutralize it with lime water or diluted caustic soda solution. When adding 200pp■,
p)l is also almost neutral at 8' to 7, but the ideal pH is 7.
To achieve this, it is desirable to neutralize, and neutralization also increases the aggregation effect.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, one bag is separated from the continuous bag 17 in which a certain amount of sterilization and precipitated flocculant is sealed, and this bag is put into the liquid to be treated, and then chlorine-based sterilization such as bleaching powder is applied. Insert one continuous bag containing a fixed amount of the agent in a sealed bag. In addition, it is preferable to add a sealed neutralizing agent such as CaO in a fixed amount at a time.In this way, the amount of sterilization, precipitated flocculant, chlorine-based sterilizing agent, and neutralizing agent in a continuous bag is determined in advance. Of course, the optimum amount is determined depending on the amount of the liquid to be treated.
