間に巻掛けられたベルトのカバーに関するもので
あり、特に、表カバーと裏カバーとを、夫々独立
して形成したベツトカバーの取付装置の改良に関
するものである。

独立して個々に取付けられ、而も、そのうち片方
の裏カバーは複数のステー及び取付ブラケツトを
介してミツシヨンケースに止着されており、更
に、他の裏カバーはエンジンに止着されており、
之等の裏カバーに表カバーを取付具を介して連結
してある。従つて、裏カバーと片方の表カバーを
ミツシヨンケースに取付ける際は、ステーによつ
て取付けられるものがあるが、その取付位置合せ
が困難であり、更に、他の裏カバーはエンジンに
取付具を介して取付け、更に、この取付具の他端
部は表カバーの内側面に当接され、ボルトによつ
て止着されているので、エンジンの振動が直接に
表裏のカバーに伝達し、ヒビリ騒音が発生する等
の欠陥がある。そこで、この考案は、このような
欠陥に鑑み、之を克服せんとして改良せられたも
のであり、原動プーリーと受動プーリーとの間に
巻掛けられたベルトの外周部及び外側部を覆う大
略コ字状横断面の表カバーとこのベルトの機体側
内側部を覆う裏カバーとを互に独立して形成した
耕耘機のベルトカバーの取付装置に於て、原動プ
ーリーと受動プーリーとの間に巻掛けられたベル
トの外周部及び外側部を覆う大略コ字状横断面の
表カバーと、このベルトの機体側内側部を覆う裏
カバーとを互に独立して形成した耕耘機のベルト
カバーの取付装置に於て、フライホイルカバーの
後部外側部に、カバーステーをフライホイルカバ
ーの横外側面に間隙を有して沿うよう取付けると
共に、このカバーステーには上下端部にフライホ
イルカバーと交叉する方向に突出した取付座を、
後部にフライホイルカバーの横外側面に沿つた裏
カバー取付座を設け、後部に入力軸周りを被うよ
う形成した筒状膨出部を機体に取付けた裏カバー
の前部をこの前部に設けた前後方向の長孔を介し
て裏カバー取付座にボルト締めして裏カバーの前
部がフライホイルカバーに接触しないよう取付
け、表カバーを上記カバーステーの上下端部の取
付座と裏カバーに外嵌して表カバーの外周縁部の
長孔を介して表カバーをボルト締めして取付ける
ようにした耕耘機のベルトカバー。取付けるよう
にした耕耘機のベルトカバーを提供せんとするも
のである。
