However, in the former case, the work of attaching the partition plate using screws etc. is complicated, and in the latter case, the work of attaching and removing it is simple, but if the partition plate is locked only to the lower shelf board, For example, when a book is leaning diagonally on the partition plate, the moment when the book tends to fall acts on the free upper end of the partition plate, and an unreasonable force is applied to the lower end of the partition plate, causing the upper and lower shelves to In the case where the partition plate is fitted and locked into the plate, there is a problem in that when the lower shelf plate is bent by a large load, the partition plate easily disengages from the upper shelf plate.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention was devised against the above technical background, and its purpose is to provide a metal shelf equipped with partition plates that are easy to attach and detach. In a metal shelf partition mounting structure that includes multiple shelves forming a shelf and a vertical partition plate dividing a shelf space in the width direction, the upper shelf defines one shelf space together with the lower shelf board. On the bottom surface of the board, oriented toward the depth of the shelf,
The base of a locking member having a base and an upward locking piece connected thereto is fixed, and the length of the locking member is shorter than the distance between the upper surface of the lower surface of the upper shelf board and the lower surface of the lower shelf board, and the fixed locking member is fixed. The lower end of the partition plate, which is longer than the distance between the lower end and the upper surface of the lower shelf board, is locked to the lower shelf board, and the bent part formed at the top end of the partition plate is engaged with the upper end of the locking member. It is characterized in that it is engaged with a stopper so that it can be freely displaced in the vertical direction.

According to such a configuration, when assembling the partition plate, after the shelf plate to which the locking member is fixed in advance is attached to each shelf position, the upward locking piece of the locking member is formed at the upper end of the partition plate. It is only necessary to hook and engage the curved portion, and then to lock the lower end to the lower shelf board, and it can be removed by reversing the procedure, making the attachment and detachment work extremely simple.

Moreover, the bent part formed at the upper end of the partition plate is
Since it is engaged with the upward locking piece of the locking member so that it can be freely displaced in the vertical direction, even if a heavy item is placed on the lower shelf and the lower shelf is slightly bent, the partition plate will It can be freely lowered while maintaining the engagement relationship with the locking member, and no unreasonable force is applied to the engagement portion. Or, if a heavy object is placed on the upper shelf board, the upper shelf board bends.
Even if the interval between the upper and lower shelves is reduced, no bending force is applied to the partition plate that is shorter than the interval between the shelves.

Furthermore, horizontal force is often applied to the partition plate with a bias toward the top, but since the top of the partition plate engages with the locking member, the partition plate is always maintained in a stable upright position.

On the other hand, the partition plate 7 is formed of a main body 7a, an upper end bent part 7b connected at right angles to the main body 7a, and a lower end bent part 7d bent at right angles from the main body 7a in the opposite direction to the upper end bent part 7b. The portion 7b is provided with a pair of locking slits 7c along the main body 7a, and the lower end bent portion 7d is provided with a pair of mounting holes 7e that match the pair of mounting holes 5c of the shelf board 5 ( (See Figure 3).

Thus, the lower end bent portion 7d of the partition plate 7 is removably fixed to the attachment hole 5c portion of the lower shelf board 5 through the fitting hole 7e of the resin fastener 14. Locking slit 7c
A locking claw 13 is engaged with the locking claw 13 . In this state, the receiving part 12 of the locking member 9 and the upper end bent part 7b are separated by a predetermined distance h3 , and the upper end bent part 7b is located at a lower level apart from the upper shelf board 5 ( (See Figure 6). Such a mounting relationship is such that when the upper end bent portion 7b of the partition plate 7 is engaged with the locking member 9, the lower end bent portion 7d is inserted into the attachment hole 5c of the lower shelf board 5.
This can be achieved by determining the pitch of the mounting holes 5c of each shelf board 5 so that the mounting holes 7e of the shelves 5 and 7e coincide with each other.

This embodiment is configured as described above, and the partition plate 7 is arranged between each shelf board 5 (or between the top board 4 and the shelf board 5).
In order to install the partition plate 7 between the shelf booths 6 with a slight incline, first fit the locking slit 7c of the upper bent portion 7b into the locking claw 13 of the locking member 9. Then, align the attachment hole 7e of the lower bent portion 7d with the attachment hole 5c of the lower shelf board 5, and push the fastener 14 into both attachment holes 5c. In this way, since the attachment of the partition plates 7 is extremely simple, a plurality of the partition plates 7 can be attached in a short time.

Moreover, the height h2 of the locking member 9 is equal to the thickness of the shelf board 5.
Since it is smaller than h 1 , the locking member 9 can be attached to the shelf board 5 at the factory stage, and multiple shelf boards 5 can be stacked and shipped. When assembling the shelf 1, the partition plate 7 can be Can be easily installed.

Further, even if a heavy item is placed on the lower shelf board 5 with the partition plate 7 attached and the lower shelf board 5 is bent, the receiving part 12 of the locking member 9 and the partition plate 7 Since the upper end bent portion 7b is separated by the distance h3 , the locking member 9 does not restrict the descent of the partition plate 7, and no unreasonable force is applied to both members 9, 7.
As shown in FIG. 14, when a thin material A (e.g., a steel plate) that cannot stand on its own is stored on the lower shelf board 5 while leaning along the top of the partition plate 7, the overturning moment of the thin material A is acts as a large horizontal force on the upper part of the partition plate 7, but the upper part of the partition plate 7 is held by the locking member 9 under the engagement relationship between the upper end bent portion 7b and the locking claw 13. Therefore, the lengths of the partition plate 7 and the thin material A are quite large, so even if the overturning moment acts on the partition plate 7 as a considerably large horizontal force, the partition plate 7 will not fall down and will maintain its upright position. is maintained.

The locking member 9 is screwed onto the locking member 9, and the partition plate 27, which has the same shape at the upper end as the partition plate 7 and has a pair of locking protrusions 28 at the lower end, is engaged with the locking member 9. The locking protrusion 28 is fitted into the locking slit 25d of the lower shelf board 25. The functions and effects of this embodiment are almost the same as those of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, but the lower end of the partition plate 27 can be formed by simply inserting the locking protrusion 28 into the locking slit 25d. Because it's there, you can install it with just one touch.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the shape of the locking piece 43 of the locking member 39 and the partition plate 37 are
The shape of the upper end bent portion 37b is different from that of the locking member 9 and the partition plate 7. That is, the locking piece 43 is formed over the entire length of the locking member 39, and the upper end bent portion 37 of the partition plate 37 corresponds to the locking piece 43.
b is folded back to have a U-shaped cross section. In the engagement relationship between the locking member 39 and the partition plate 37, the locking piece 43 and the upper end bent portion 37b partially overlap, and the upper end The bent portion 37b is located above by a predetermined distance. Therefore, when the lower shelf board 5 bends, the partition board 37

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, a locking member is attached to the lower surface of the upper shelf plate oriented in the depth direction, and the upper bent portion of the partition plate is placed vertically with respect to the locking member. The lower edge of the partition plate is engaged with the lower shelf board so that the partition plate can be attached and removed easily.
This can be done extremely easily without using any special tools. The partition plate mounted with such a structure is not subjected to excessive force even when the lower shelf board is bent, and is stable even if a horizontal force is applied from the lateral direction to the upper part of the partition plate.
