[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a wall structure for the purpose of heat insulation in a building, and makes it easier to attach a heat insulating material to the wall frame side.

Regarding the conventional wall structure in which a heat insulating material is interposed, for example, as shown in FIG.
After connecting and aligning the insulation material B to the wall structure, pass a material that can be nailed, such as crosspiece C, to the insulation material at the position corresponding to the nailed part and temporarily fix it, and then attach the wall interior material on top of it. I applied D and nailed the whole thing E at each nailing point.

However, between the interior material D and the heat insulating material B, there is a space between the crosspieces C and C, which has the disadvantage that dew condensation is likely to occur in this area and the living area is reduced due to this crosspiece. In addition, it is difficult to match the position of the material on the wall frame side that can be nailed with the arrangement of the crosspieces that are applied individually to the insulation material, and it is also difficult to stabilize the crosspieces, making it difficult to construct the wall structure. It was a hassle.

As another conventional example, there is a wall material in which a part of the exterior material is buried to form a unit, and the insulation material has wooden parts for nailing the interior material (for example, Utility Model No. 51-69323). No.), the wooden part is only used for nailing interior materials to the insulation material, and is not used to nail the insulation material to the wall structure.Furthermore, the exterior material is integrated into a unit, so it is not suitable for factory production. Although suitable, it was not suitable for on-site construction after the wall framework was formed.

That is, a material that can be nailed is embedded in the inner surface of the wall structure, and a reinforcing material that can be nailed is separately formed in a part of a plate-like body made of synthetic resin foam. A plurality of the inserted heat insulating materials are arranged along the wall frame side having the above-mentioned nailable material, and further a wall interior material is arranged along the above-mentioned heat insulating materials, and the wall interior material can be nailed to the insulating material. It is connected together with the reinforcing material to the nailable material on the wall frame side by common nailing.

Reference numeral 10 indicates a wall of a building, and reference numeral 11 indicates a nailable material such as a piece of wood embedded in the inner surface of the wall 10 at appropriate intervals. Reference numeral 20 is a heat insulating material, and a space 22 is formed in a part of a plate-like body 21 made of a synthetic resin foam, and the space 22 is halfway through the wall thickness.
A reinforcing material 23, such as a piece of wood, that can be nailed is inserted into 2, and this insertion may be done by pushing it into place using the elasticity of the plate-shaped body 21, or by joining it in advance with adhesive or the like. . Furthermore, joint parts 24 and 24' are formed in the heat insulating material 20 by joining or other methods, and a plurality of heat insulating materials 20 are sequentially joined to form the wall frame 10.
It is in line with.

Furthermore, 40 is a nail, and the nail 40 is the wall interior material 3
The wall interior material 30 is inserted into the wall frame 1 together with the nailable reinforcing material 23 of the heat insulating material 20.
It is connected to the nailable material 11 of 0 by common nailing.

As mentioned above, in this invention, a nailable material 11 is embedded in the inner surface of the wall frame 10, and a space 22 is separately formed in a part of a plate-like body 21 made of a synthetic resin foam. Reinforcement material 2 that can be nailed to
A plurality of heat insulating materials 20 configured by inserting the heat insulating materials 3 are placed along the wall frame 10, and the heat insulating materials 2
In order to easily set the structure in which the wall interior material 30 is placed along the wall surface 10, the wall interior material 30 is attached to the wall frame 10 together with the nailable reinforcing material 23 of the heat insulating material 20.
Since it is connected with the nailable material 11 on the side using a common nail, there is no need to use a piece of wood separately from the insulation material to fix it to the wall frame side as in the past. By simply arranging the material 20, the reinforcing material 23, which can be nailed, will also be placed at a fixed position. If the reinforcing material 23 is placed in a direction perpendicular to the material 11, it will be very easy to match the insulation material 20 and the wall interior material 30, and the wall 10 side will be aligned. Easy to install. Moreover, the nailable material 11 and the nailable reinforcing material 23 are not independent like crosspieces, but one is embedded in the inner surface of the wall frame 10, and the other is made of synthetic resin that is the main material of the heat insulating material 20. Since it is inserted into the space 22 of the plate-like body 21 made of foam, it is easy to handle during construction to form a wall structure.

Moreover, after installation, the wall interior material 30 and the reinforcing material 23 on the side of the insulation material 20, which can be nailed, and the material 11 on the side of the wall frame 10, which can be nailed, are connected by common nailing, which increases the sense of unity. It is highly stable and has various practical effects that are excellent as a wall structure for heat insulation purposes.
