Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a discharging gas from a connection part of a discharging pipe from being leaked by a method wherein an abnormal condition at a connection part of the discharging pipe is detected in response to a variation in temperature of the discharging pipe. CONSTITUTION:Keroscene is supplied into a burner 11 from a cartridge type tank 1 through an oil volume adjustor 4 or the like and ignited together with combustion air fed by an air feeding fan 16 within a combustion cylinder 10. When a connection part at discharging pipes 20 and 20A becomes an incomplete state, the discharging gas is leaked at this connection part to reduce the amount of discharging gas flowing in the discharging pipe 20 and a temperature within the discharging pipe 20 is decreased. When a temperature sensed by a temperature measuring element 27 is decreased lower than a predetermined temperature, a signal is outputted from a discriminating circuit 35 to energize a coil 34B of a relay 34, a normally closed contact point 34A is opened and the combustion control device 30 is controlled to terminate a combustion.
