に筒状ピン13を挿通して、該ピン13を前記枢
支板14に当接せしめ、この枢支板14の反対面
より前記ピン13に螺子20を捩じ込んで、ピン
13を枢支板14に固定すると共に、リール12
をこのピン13にて枢支板14に枢支せしめてい
る。この時前記バネ収納部17は前記枢支板14
を設けることによつて閉塞される。前記ピン13
中央には挿通孔21を形設しており、該挿通孔2
1に連通する透孔22を前記枢支板14に形設し
ている。前記バネ収納部17に収納されるゼンマ
イバネ23は、外端を収納部17の外側壁に係止
し、内端を前記ピン13適所に係止している。扇
風機のモータなど任意の機器に接続される電気コ
ード24は前記コード巻取部15に巻き付けら
れ、その巻き込まれた端部は、コード巻取部15
の巻き付け壁に形設した挿通孔25より中央部2
6に引き込まれる。前記電気コード24の引き込
まれた端部は、該コード24より細径の電気コー
ド27と接続される。これら両電気コード24,
27の接続部28は、前記中央部26内周側面近
傍に前記隔板16より突設されたコード保持用ボ
ス29等にて内周側面との間で挾持される。前記
中央部26開口は円板状仕切板30にて閉塞さ
れ、電気コード27をこの仕切板30と巻取部1
5との間に形成した間隙を通して中央部26より
引き出される。前記仕切板30はコード保持用ボ
ス29に螺子31にて固定されると共に、中央に
前記ピン13端縁が嵌合する透孔32を形設して
いる。前記電気コード24の最大巻き戻し時に、
前記両電気コード24,27の保持部分に引張力
が作用し、前記保持用ボス29をたわめてその保
持を解こうとするが、このボス29は仕切板30
の取付用ボスを兼用しているので、たわむことが
なく、確実に前記両電気コード24,27を保持
するものである。前記電気コード27はコード余
巻部18内に引き出されその外周に形設したピン
33にて仮保持して数回ゆるく内側に向い巻いた
