One of them uses conductive mixed paper with carbon fibers and metal fibers incorporated into the valve as an impregnated base material, and this conductive mixed paper can be printed or used as is.
This is a method of making an impregnated sheet by applying or impregnating a thermosetting resin such as diallyl phthalate resin to which a curing agent, an internal mold release agent, a filler, a solvent, etc. or a conductive filler is added as necessary, and drying.

In this method, not only is the conductive mixed paper very expensive, but the carbon fibers and metal fibers incorporated to give conductivity appear on the surface of the decorative board, making the design of the decorative board very difficult. There are some disadvantages.

When creating a clean room with a decorative board made by this method, in order to ensure a surface resistivity of about 1G"-10'Ω, which is acceptable for use, the amount of conductive filler added should be 10 to 30% relative to the amount of impregnated resin attached. % or more must be mixed.

Since the conductive filler is mostly opaque, if it is added in a large amount, it will be difficult to clearly represent the color pattern of the printed paper, resulting in uneven covering, and the design of the decorative board will be lost.

Furthermore, there have been proposals to combine the above two methods, and to make the color unevenness of the conductive filler less noticeable, using printed paper with the same color or pattern as the conductive filler as a base material. However, it has the disadvantage that the colors and patterns are limited, and when compared with the conventional decorative board based on decorative titanium paper, it has the disadvantage that it is greatly inferior in terms of practicality in terms of cosmetic properties.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention uses a fibrous conductive filler, and does not mix the fibrous conductive filler only with the resin that impregnates the base material, but mixes it into the printing ink of the printing paper that serves as the base material. Since it is mixed with the resin-impregnated sheet for conductive decorative laminates, it becomes a resin-impregnated sheet for conductive decorative laminates that has extremely good conductivity, and also does not cause poor color tone of the printed paper. .
