すとラチェット爪８が逃げてラチェット７との係合が解
除され、ビんまいばね６の力によってリール４が回転し
、コード５を巻取る。１０はラチェット爪８をラチェッ
ト７側に引張るばね、１１は前記ボタン９をボックス１
