を製造する機械として、第1図に示すようなプラ
スチツク成形機が知られている。この成形機は機
台1の上面中央に垂設した固定板(固定プラテ
ン)2を有している。固定板2の一面には第3図
で示すように固定金型3が取り付けられるととも
に、他面には押出機バレル4が連結されている。
押出機バレル4は押出機バレル4の材料ホツパー
5内に収容した成形材料を固定金型3内に溶融射
出するようになつている。また、前記固定金型3
と型合せされる可動金型6を取り付ける可動板
(可動プラテン)7は第2図でも示すように、固
定板2に垂設されたタイバー8に遊嵌されてい
る。また、可動板7は前記タイバー8の先端を支
持する固定板9に取り付けられた油圧シリンダ1
0のロツド11に固定され、ロツド11の前進に
よつて前進し、固定金型3に可動金型6が型締め
される。また、ロツド11の後退によつて可動金
型6は固定金型3から離れ型開きされる。そし
て、型締時固定・可動金型3,6内に成形材料が
射出され、成形材料が硬化後型開きされて成形品
