Prior Art and its Problems One of the present inventors previously proposed an invention in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-32297 as a method for forming patterns on cloth by the method described above. The appearance of transferred patterns using this type of method can also be used to create delicate and /' patterns, as well as 1, J, and 9'' patterns. If the pattern is substantially the same as the embroidery or weaving pattern,
Since it is possible to impart a hemel bonding area to the fabric, the pattern applied thereto by the transfer method using a stamping foil can be essentially embroidered or (J-woven). However, In the previously provided invention, since the stamping foil is transferred within the surface of the heat-sealable yarn, the appearance of color or gloss due to the transfer is limited by the color or gloss of only the transfer film of the stamping foil. ,
In order to combine multiple colors or glosses, it is necessary to prepare the transfer film of the same stamping foil with the corresponding multiple colors or glosses in advance, and this requires the use of multiple types of expensive gravure printing rolls. If it is not applied, it will become high. That is, the previously provided invention has not reached the point where it is possible to form a composite pattern with different colors and/or glosses simply and purposefully using a transfer method.

The present inventors have improved the above-mentioned previously provided invention, and
Forming an embroidery or woven pattern on the small hot-melt 1 using a thread that has hot-melt adhesive ability (a pattern is applied to the surface of the fabric using a part that has hot-melt adhesive ability, and on top of the pattern A)
Invention of a method for expressing a composite pattern by heat-pressure transfer using a stamping foil partially masked with a heat-infusible composition with a release ability on the surface of the transfer film (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-199879).According to the method of the invention, color and/or A combination of patterns with different gloss can be applied, and unlike stamping foils with transfer films that have multiple colors or lJ1 gloss, the required composite pattern can be expressed in a concise and concise manner. In addition, even if the composite pattern is delicate and/or has a subtle gamma pattern tone, it is guaranteed that it will appear as a good pattern and a pattern with a rich variety of patterns. A composite pattern of a transferred pattern and a pattern in a non-transferred area (corresponding to masking) obtained by this method is not necessarily satisfactory in terms of gloss and texture. In other words, the gloss of the composite pattern is It has a glossy exterior and texture similar to resin or metal luster, with the gloss of the surface of the transfer film from the stamping foil and the gloss of the surface of the heat-sealable thread that is the non-transfer part.
It gives a cold appearance and has poor affinity for the subdued, deep appearance and texture inherent to fabrics, which is particularly a problem when the fabric is a Japanese kimono fabric or obi fabric.

Function According to the present invention, in the embroidery made on the fabric using heat-fusible yarn as at least a part of the constituent elements, the top weave pattern is coated with a heat-infusible thread having a preforming function on the surface of the transfer film. 1. Partially masked with silk composition! , : heat-pressure transfer is performed using methamping foil, i.e., the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1986-199
Under the same procedure as the invention of Publication No. 879, on the embroidery or woven pattern, a pattern is formed by transfer of the transfer film on the stamping foil other than the masking portion, and a pattern remains on the heat-fusible yarn in a portion corresponding to the masking. Therefore, according to the present invention, as in the invention of JP-A-59-199879, a stamping foil is applied to the thermofusible yarn in the embroidery or weaving pattern of the fabric. The composite pattern of the front nail can be expressed simply and purposefully by the transfer method used, and even if the composite pattern is delicate and/or has a subtle pattern tone, it can still be in a good manner and have a variety of designs. It is guaranteed that it will be manifested as such.

The composition forming the stamping foil masking is
It is rich in various patterns and can be applied in liquid form to the surface of the transfer film of the stamping voile by engraving roll or screen method, etc., and can be applied in delicate and/or more subtle pattern-like patterns. That is, by masking the transfer film of the stamping foil using the composition, even if the resulting pattern is delicate and/or subtle, it can be formed as a predetermined design, and it is also easy to change. It can be made into rich designs. When this stamping foil with masking is used to perform heat-pressure transfer on a part of the fabric surface that has embroidery or woven patterns and has Holamil melt adhesive ability, the masking area will be transferred to the Boll-melt adhesive area on the fabric surface. It remains as a non-transcribed site in the functional site.

In the present invention, a woven or knitted fabric is layered on top of the fabric having the composite pattern obtained as described above, and the fabric is heated under pressure to effectively mattify the composite pattern. It has been confirmed from the experimental results of the present inventors that the matte composite pattern is highly compatible with the deep, deep texture inherent in the fabric. Furthermore, when the fabric is embroidered or woven with gold or silver-like glossy threads, the threads are also matte.

The process using an embossing roll with a sandpaper-like rough surface, which is considered to be the most effective conventional matting method for gold and silver foil paper, can hardly matte the above composite pattern. It showed no effect. By the way, the pressure of the embossing roll under heating is set to 5! ? /
Even if the pressure is as high as cffl (gauge pressure), an effective matting effect can actually be obtained. In fact, if the pressure is too high, the matting effect may be too high due to the unevenness of the embroidery or woven pattern on the fabric. gender has disappeared or become flattened,
There is a strong tendency that the decorativeness and usefulness of the embroidery or weaving pattern due to its uneven three-dimensional appearance is reduced.

Unlike this, when using H knitted fabric as a matte back,
Effective matte treatment for the front nail compound pattern on the Iroha 11
It can be applied under heat and pressure. The reason for this is not necessarily clear, but under heat and pressure, the woven or knitted material conforms well to the heat-melting type yarn that is the base or base of the composite pattern of the fabric, and the fluff on the surface of the woven or knitted material has a fine embossed luster. It seems to be a dead end that fulfills the role of Maki, which has a dissipating effect. By the way, in the matting process using woven or knitted fabrics, better results than the embossing roll can be obtained under the same temperature conditions as applying to the front nail embossing roll and with a pressure of about IKg/c scrap (gauge pressure).
