本発明は精紡機、撚糸機等に使用する耐摩耗性、耐食性
、耐高温酸化性にすぐれた紡機用トラペラに関するもの

従来の技術およびその問題点
従来、精紡機、撚糸機等に用いられている縦形、横形等
のトラベラは、炭素鋼線材を素材として所定の形状に成
形され、焼入れ、焼戻し等の熱処理を施し、所定の硬度
に高めて用いられている。然るに最近精紡機の高速化に
より、共に用いられるリングとの摩擦係数の減少と耐摩
耗性を増大し、長寿命でトラベラ焼けせず、糸切れ、糸
毛羽の少ないトラベラが要求されている。従って上記炭
素鋼材のトラベラでは高速運転時に発生する摩擦熱によ
る耐熱性、耐摩耗性が不十分でトラベラ焼けが発生し、
異常摩耗をこ伴うトラベラ飛散、糸切れ等の為上記要件

問題点を解決する為の手段
本発明は上記問題点を解消したものであり、鉄ペースに
クロム、モリブデン、ニッケル、タングステンなどの合
金成分を含む密度7.8〜8.3りβの複硼化物系の硬
質焼結合金を使用し、所定形状の縦形、横形トラベラを
形成することにより、高速運転時に於ても潤滑性があり
、しかも耐摩耗性、耐熱性、耐食性にすぐれ、さらにリ
ングとの共金により摩耗減少効果により、すフグトラペ

テストの結果は潤滑性にすぐれる為、リングとのなじみ
性にすぐれ、立上りの紡出テンシ嘗ンのつっばりもなく

発明の効果
本発明は上記の如く、微粒の複硼化物の硬質層とそれを
埋める鉄ペースの結合相よりなり、硬質相の粒子は丸く
一種の固体潤滑層を表面に形成している為、潤滑性にす
ぐれ、また耐食性と耐高温酸化性を有するため高速条件
下に於てもリングとの摩擦によシ生じるJs擦熱による
酸化で生じる凝着摩耗も発生し難く、更に摩耗量も軽微
であり、リングに対しても共金とすることにより尚一層
摩耗量が減少する。また、耐食性にすぐれるので酸化性
雰囲気でも発錆が生じない等のすぐれた効果を有する発
