を収納するスプリング室23が凹設され、さら
に、上記刃体部2の基端鉛直端面15には所定円
周ピツチをもつて複数個の係止孔22…を設け、
上記刃体部2を上記水平軸心H廻りに回動して該
球体25を上記係止孔22…に択一的に係合さ
せ、該水平軸心H廻りの所定角度に保持されるよ
うに構成したものである。即ち、回転切換保持用
のコイルスプリング24及び球体25は、先端金
具6の鉛直片部6aと固定把手3の前面部8との
間隙凹所に、埋込状に介装されたスペーサ9の内
部に設けたことにより、該係止部分をきわめてコ
ンパクトな形状とすることができ、作業中邪魔に
ならない。さらに回転切換用の係止機構は外部へ
露出せず突出部を有しないので、芝生の葉や根が
引掻つて早期損傷する虞れがなく、長寿命となる
