CONSTITUTION:When transmission data packets 31, 32, and 33 are simultaneously transmitted from subscribers 1, 2, and 3, the packet 31 is transmitted to the packet conference processing unit 7 through packet switching devices 4 and 6. The packets 32 and 33 are also transmitted to the unit 7 similarly. In the unit 7, the packets 31 and 32 are OR-processed and made into one incoming packet 43.
