Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the traffic control at the side of a master station monitor device and to perform the quick processing in a simple procedure, by selecting the output of an input state memory circuit when a data transmitting circuit receives a retransmission request and then selecting the output of a state change detecting circuit in other cases. CONSTITUTION:When the state changes occur frequently and the prescribed monitor information 102 is stored in a reception buffer 7 of a master station monitor device 6, a traffic control circuit 9 controls the input of data to the buffer 7 and an information memory 10 stores that the state change information is received from a slave station monitor device 1 after the control. Then the circuit 9 confirms that the data stored in the buffer 7 are all processed and starts a transmission request circuit 11. The circuit 11 gives a request to the device 1 to transmit again the state change information to the device 1 in accordance with the contents of the memory 10. The device 1 transmits the input state information 103 of an input state memory circuit 4 to the device 6 via a data transmitting circuit 5 to inform an up-to-data state.

(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, this type of remote monitoring method includes a method in which a status change is detected on the slave station monitored device side and sends out status information each time, and a method in which the slave station monitoring device There was a method in which the slave station monitored device was polled on the side and all information about the slave station monitored device was periodically collected.

However, the method of transmitting information every time the state changes has high transmission efficiency and high-speed processing while the frequency of state changes is low, but when the state changes occur frequently, the traffic between the parent and slave stations increases. Since it cannot be controlled, there are problems such as processing delays and deadlocks.

In addition, the method in which the master station and the master device collect all data of the slave station monitored devices at fixed intervals regardless of the occurrence of status changes does not have the problem of the above method, but when the number of inputs is large, If the data processing content in the master station monitoring device or the master station monitoring device is complicated, there is a problem in that the processing delay becomes severe.

An input state storage circuit that stores the latest state of the monitoring input; and a data transmission circuit that selects either the output of the state change detection circuit or the output of the input state storage circuit to transmit monitoring information. One or more slave stations are connected to a parent device, a reception buffer temporarily stores the monitoring information supplied from the slave station monitored device, and the amount of monitoring information stored in the reception buffer is carefully considered. A traffic control circuit that controls whether or not to restrict input from the slave station monitored device, a notification memory that stores the notification of the monitoring information during the input restriction, and a traffic control circuit that controls whether or not the input from the slave station monitored device is restricted; A master station monitoring device comprising: a transmission request circuit that requests the station monitored device to retransmit the monitoring information; and a data processing circuit that receives the monitoring information from the reception buffer and processes the data. The data transmission circuit selects the output of the input state storage circuit when receiving the retransmission request, and selects the output of the state change detection circuit at other times.

The slave station monitored device 1 constantly scans the monitoring input 2, holds the latest state of the monitoring input using the input state storage circuit 4, detects a state change using the state change detection circuit 3, and creates state change information 101. do. The status change information 101 is sent as descendant observation information 102 from the data transmission circuit 5 to the master station monitoring device 6, and is then supplied to the reception buffer 7. The data processing circuit 8 takes out the monitoring information 102 from the reception buffer 7 in accordance with the data processing timing and processes it. When state changes occur frequently and predetermined monitoring information 102 is accumulated in the reception buffer 7 of the master station monitoring device 6, the traffic control circuit 9 regulates data input to the reception buffer 7, and the notification memory 10 stores data input to the slave station after the regulation. The fact that the monitoring device 1 has notified the status change information is stored. The traffic control circuit 9 confirms that all the data in the reception buffer 7 has been processed, and activates the transmission request circuit 11.

The transmission request circuit 11, according to the contents of the notification memory 10,
The slave station monitored device 1 is requested to transmit the status change information again. In accordance with the retransmission request, the slave station monitored device 1 transmits the input state information 103 of the input state storage circuit 4 to the master station monitoring device 6 through the data transmission circuit 5, and notifies the master station monitoring device 6 of the latest status.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the remote control method of the present invention, highly efficient information transmission is performed by notifying status changes led by the slave monitored device, and status changes occur frequently. If the processing cannot keep up on the master station monitoring device side, temporarily restrict the information input to the master station monitoring device, remember the restriction, and then restrict the input when processing becomes possible. Since the latest input status at that time can be requested from the monitored slave station device, traffic control can be performed on the master station monitoring device side, and quick processing can be realized with a simple procedure as a whole.
