[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a heating device for preventing dew formation on the front opening edge of the refrigerator-freezer in which the main body is divided into an upper freezer compartment and a lower refrigerator compartment by a partition wall. The front opening edge of the freezer compartment, including the partition wall, is heated by a part of the condensing pipe of the refrigeration cycle, and the front opening edge of the refrigerator compartment is heated by an electric heater, so that the front opening of the freezing compartment, which becomes extremely low, is heated. The opening edge is heated by the operation of the refrigeration cycle to maintain the temperature above the dew point, thereby preventing dew formation even when the temperature outside the refrigerator is low and the humidity is low.
On the other hand, the front opening edge of the refrigerator compartment, which has a sufficiently small difference in temperature outside the refrigerator compartment compared to the freezer compartment, is equipped with an electric heater that is energized when the humidity outside is high and turned off when the humidity is low to prevent dew formation. This is intended to save electricity by preventing the adverse effects of heat from the electric heater on the refrigerator compartment.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator-freezer main body, and the inside of the refrigerator is divided by a partition wall 2 into a freezing compartment 3 in the upper part and a refrigerating compartment 4 in the lower part. 5
is a part of the refrigerant condensation pipe of a known refrigeration cycle, which is buried across the upper edge, left and right side edges of the front opening of the freezing compartment 3, and the upper and lower edges of the partition wall 2, and the refrigerant is Main body 1 as indicated by the arrow on the dotted line
The flow flows from the rear part of the body 1 through the left side wall of the main body 1 along the lower edge of the partition wall 2, turns back at the right end of the partition wall 2, flows along the upper edge of the partition wall 2, and further flows to the left side edge of the opening of the freezing chamber 3. After flowing along the upper edge and the right side edge, it flows through the right side wall of the body 1 and flows out toward the rear of the body 1. Reference numeral 6 denotes an electric heater with an insulating coating, which is arranged in a series across the left edge, lower edge, and right edge of the front opening of the refrigerator compartment 4, and a manual open/close switch (not shown) for controlling energization is connected in series. It is connected.

Since the present invention has such a configuration, the flow of refrigerant in the condensing pipe 5 is controlled by operating and stopping the electric compressor of the refrigeration cycle, and the periphery of the front opening of the freezer compartment 3 including the partition wall 2 is controlled by operation. area is heated. On the other hand, the front opening of the refrigerator compartment 4 is heated by an electric heater 6, but the switch is closed when the humidity is high and opened when the humidity is low. In this operation, the lower edge of the compartment wall 2 is heated by the condensation pipe 5 and the lower edge of the compartment wall 2 which is affected by the temperature of the freezer compartment 3, that is, the upper edge of the refrigerator compartment 4. The front surface of the partition wall 2 and the front edge of the opening of the freezer compartment 3 are prevented from forming dew due to the influence of the temperature of the freezer compartment 3 even when the temperature outside the refrigerator is low and the humidity is low.

As described above, the present invention effectively prevents dew from forming on the front opening edge of the freezer compartment and the front surface of the partition wall as the refrigeration cycle operates, while the front opening edge of the refrigerator compartment is prevented from forming when the humidity is high. Dew formation can be prevented by appropriately energizing. If the front openings of both the freezer compartment and the refrigerator compartment are heated by condensing pipes, the refrigerator compartment will be adversely affected by the heat of the condensing pipes even in low humidity, and the operating efficiency of the refrigeration cycle will deteriorate. If the opening is heated with an electric heater and a switch is used to cut off the electricity when the humidity is low, there is a drawback that dew may form on the front opening of the freezer compartment when the outside temperature is low, but with this invention, there is no such risk. It becomes an effective device.
