(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
しかしながら、樹脂材料として、高い強度と所
望の硬度が得られる塩化ビニル樹脂を用いた場合
には、中実厚肉のフランジ部11の接合面12に
成形収縮によるヒケ13が生じて接合面12が凹
凸になるので、このままでは良好な止水性を得る
ことができず、従来は、射出成形後に接合面12
を旋盤等の切削装置によりヒケ13の深さより厚
く切削する二次加工を施して平滑面に仕上げるよ
うにしている為、二次加工費が余分にかかり、製

成形後の二次加工が不要で、従来に比し製造費を
下げることができる合成樹脂製フランジ継手を提

の層であつて、従来の管継手に一般的な例えば塩
化ビニル樹脂を材料として成形される。また、中
実層40はガラス粉等の無機物質を含有する樹脂
材料を用いて成形される。21は短筒部、22は
鍔部、23は鍔部22の接合面、24はボルト孔

の鍔部接合面がヒケのない平滑面となるので、従
来のような二次加工が不要となり、それだけ従来
のものに比し、製造費を安価にすることができ
