電圧を出力する制御回路と、該制御回路からのオ
ン電圧によつてオン動作する制御スイツチング素
子と、定常動作時に該制御スイツチング素子をオ
フ状態に保持するためのマイナス電源とを具備し
、前記制御スイツチング素子のオン動作により主
スイツチング素子が所定時間だけオフ状態となつ
て発振を停止するように構成されたことを特徴と
