ーカ用振動板の拡大断面図、第４図はコーン型振
動板として取り付けた状態を示す一部除去した断
面図である。
１：スピーカ用振動板全体、２：振動板基材、
３：表面層、４：強化繊維、５：硬化膜、６：硬
化膜を有する繊維、７：織布、８：樹脂バインダ
、９：エツジ。

Claims (1)
板であつて、該表面層は、ガラス繊維その他の高
弾性で高強度を有する強化繊維の表面に、物理蒸
着法によつて、金属、非金属元素、炭化物その他
の硬化膜形成に適する材料を蒸着することにより
硬化膜を形成すると共にこの硬化膜を有する繊維
で織成された織布に樹脂バインダーを含浸させて
加熱成形したものであることを特徴とするスピー
カ用振動板。 ２ 振動板基材がパルプ又は樹脂フイルムである
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
