Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease a noise, and to improve the drying efficiency by surrounding a drying fan with a box cover, and providing both blow-off and suction holes which are pierced on the cover. CONSTITUTION:At least one piece of drying fan 3 is placed in a box cover 4 of a drying part of an automatic development processor 1, and also, on the side opposed to both faces of a film of the cover 4, a blow-off port 8 of the drying fan, and a fitting plate which have pierced plural suction holes 9 in its peripheral edge are provided, plural pieces of suction holes 9 are pierced on the wall surface of the box cover of the opposite surface to the fitting plate 5 side, and when a sheet film is being carried, dry air is blown from both the surface and the reverse side of the film. Since the drying fan is provided in the box cover, a double wall is constituted of a facing wall of the device and the box cover, in the outside of the drying fan, a temperature of hot air is kept constant in the drying part, the heating efficiency of air is improved, and a noise is decreased. Also, since the inside of the box cover is narrow, the heat loss is very small.

[Prior Art] Automatic processing machines that process photographic materials usually have processing tanks for developing, fixing, washing, etc. arranged in an array. After the photosensitive film passes through these processing tanks, it is dried in a drying section and then discharged. has been done. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the film F inserted through the film insertion port II passes through a developing tank 12, a fixing tank 13, and a washing tank 14 equipped with transport rollers, and is sent to a drying section 15 where it is dried. and discharged. The drying section consists of a film transport rack, drying fan, drying heater, and exhaust fan inside the exterior wall of the equipment. The air inside the entire equipment is heated by the drying heater, and this hot air is blown onto both sides of the film. ing. At this time, a portion of the hot air that has removed moisture from the film surface is sent to the suction side of the drying fan for preservation, where it is warmed together with fresh air from outside. The other part was exhausted to the exhaust port of the exhaust fan, and the rest was exhausted from the film discharge section. Known methods for blowing out this hot air include a nozzle method and a cross-flow fan method.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, with the nozzle method, the air outlet is small and there is great resistance to blowing out the air, so a large-capacity fan is required to obtain a large wind f+t, and therefore power consumption is low. In many cases, not only do they have the drawback of high fan noise, but they also require a large drying section space and have poor thermal efficiency. In addition, the cross-flow fan method has a large air volume, but the static pressure is low, so if there is resistance at the air outlet, the air will blow! Therefore, the air from the drying fan must be blown directly onto the film surface. Since +i1 is different, uneven drying occurs on the film surface. In this case, in order to increase the air volume, the entire air outlet of the drying fan must be made larger, which adversely affects thermal efficiency. It is possible to increase the size of the heater depending on the wind fit, but it is not a good idea from the viewpoint of power consumption. Furthermore, in the past, a drying fan box cover or the like was not provided, and the air inside the processing apparatus was circulated.

[Means for Solving Problem L] The object of the present invention is to provide an automatic processing apparatus having each step of a developing tank, a fixing tank, a washing tank, and a drying section. In addition to arranging a drying fan, a mounting plate having an air outlet for the drying fan and a plurality of intake holes on the periphery thereof is arranged on the side opposite to both sides of the film of the box cover, and a mounting plate is arranged on the side opposite to both sides of the film of the box cover. This was achieved by providing a plurality of air intake holes in the wall surface of the cover and blowing dry air from both the front and back sides of the sheet film while it was being conveyed in the drying section. Furthermore, in the automatic processing apparatus of the present invention, the drying fan is provided inside the box cover, so that the outside of the drying fan is constituted by a double wall of the apparatus exterior wall and the box cover, and the hot air inside the drying section is It can maintain a constant temperature, has good air heating efficiency, and produces little noise. Furthermore, since the inside of the box cover is narrow, heat loss is extremely small, and the air is heated efficiently by the heater.

The device of the present invention is a cross-flow fan system equipped with a drying fan, which has low static pressure, and has a mounting plate with a drying fan outlet facing both sides of the filter J. As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting plate is provided with intake holes in different arrangements on the front and back sides of the film. This is the B adjustment of the wind pressure inside the drying fan, which blows dry air uniformly over the entire surface of the film, and is set by calculating the temperature distribution of the air. Particularly in the case of horizontal conveyance of the film, air tends to stay in the upper part, so it is better to provide a large number of constrictions. Intake holes and exhaust holes are also provided on the wall opposite to the outlet of the box cover (see Figure 3). In particular, since the drying fan is placed inside the drying pouch and scover, the pressure inside the box is reduced, creating a large resistance on the suction side of the drying fan and reducing the air volume. Either narrow the holes in the central part, where the air volume is high, and add resistance to the suction side of the central part to make the air volume from the outlet uniform as a whole, or conversely, create almost no resistance on the suction side. Eliminate this and add a resistor to the center of the blowing side to make the whole thing uniform. These can prevent uneven drying on the film surface. In this way, by adjusting the air intake amount and the blowout flk of the drying box cover, it was possible to improve the drying efficiency.
