However, such thermoplastic synthetic fibers inherently have a slimy feel, and efforts have been made to improve their texture for use in clothing.

In order to eliminate this slimy feeling, attempts have been made to change the cross section of the single fiber from a circular shape to a triangular, pentagonal, hexagonal or other irregular shape, or to add more twists to make the fiber more strongly twisted. However, yarns with irregular cross-sections are widely produced because they reduce the sliminess simply by changing the shape of the ejection holes during melt spinning, but the reduction in sliminess is small and does not give a crisp feel. Not yet. In addition, highly twisted yarns are widely produced because they can give a crisp feel simply by heating them using a heating machine, but the heating rate is slow, resulting in a significant increase in processing costs.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, it is well known that a woven or knitted fabric can be made to have elasticity and crispness by partially fusing false twisted crimped yarns. In order to obtain such a fused yarn, two materials with different melting points must be used.
A method in which seed filament yarns are made into gold thread or mixed fibers, and then subjected to false twisting and curling, and heat treated at a temperature between the melting points of both filament yarns, using ordinary drawn yarn at a high temperature just before the whole is fused. It is broadly divided into methods of setting false twist. However, in the former case, the process of spinning at least 2 m of filament yarn and doubling them is complicated, and because different types of filaments are mixed, heather inevitably occurs on the surface layer of the woven or knitted product. . On the other hand, the latter method requires severe heat treatment for fusion, has an extremely narrow tolerance range for production process conditions, and has the disadvantage that the degree of fusion increases due to process variations, resulting in unevenness in the product.

To solve this problem of spots, it is best to increase the degree of fusion as much as possible, but on the other hand, as the in-wear progresses, the product itself becomes more and more T! I increase the straightness, which is far from the sharp taste of strong twisting, and leads to a decrease in strength and elongation due to the distortion of the humanities.
This causes problems such as the durability of 1m products and the inability to withstand alkali weight reduction processing.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is an H-shaped spinning nozzle consisting of eight slits, in which the ratio of the short side to the long side of each slit is 10 or more,
A thermoplastic multifilament yarn having a single filament denier of 1 to 10 D was melt-spun from the spinneret in which the ratio of the long side of the center slit to the long sides of the other two slits was 0.6 to 2. It is characterized by being twisted.

In the present invention, the thermoplastic multifilament yarn as described above is obtained by melt spinning through an H-shaped spinning nozzle having eight slits. The ratio of the length of the long side to the short side of such a slit must be 10 or more. If the ratio is less than 10, it is not possible to obtain a highly twisted textured yarn with a crisp feel just by applying normal false twisting.

That is, by crimping the special cross-section yarn having the narrow arms as defined above, the arms of each filament are tightly intertwined, giving a crisp feel. Furthermore, among the eight slits forming the H-shaped spinning nozzle,
The long side of the slit in the center that connects the two slits at the ends needs to be 0.6 to twice as long as the long sides of the other two slits. When the ratio is less than 0.6, that is, when the slit length at the center is short, entanglement of the arms is less likely to occur, and the appearance of crispness due to false twisting is reduced.
If the slit length at the center is long, such as when the ratio exceeds 2, the branches spun out from the slit at the center may not be able to support the arms and may break, which is not preferable.

Also, the length of the short side of the slit is 0.05 to 0.12 m.
If the length of the short side is less than 0.05 mm, the spinneret is likely to be clogged with polymer, making spinning difficult. Furthermore, if the length of the short side exceeds 0.12 mm, the area of the hole in the nozzle increases and the amount of polymer discharged increases, so the winding speed must also increase accordingly. The spinning draft rate increases, making it easier to cause yarn breakage and yarn unevenness.

The method for crimping the yarn includes a spinning speed of 1000 to 15
The undrawn yarn wound at 00 m/min is 2.5 to 8.6 m/min.
After stretching to double the original size, normal spindle false twisting is performed, or
A conventional method may be used, such as stretching and false twisting so-called POY wound at a spinning speed of 2,800 to 8,500 m/min using a 7-lixicon method or a belt method. Also, the temperature of the false twisting heater is 1
The temperature may be set at 60 to 220''C, and there is no need to false-twist at a high temperature just before fusion.

(Effects of the invention) Compared to conventional fused processed yarns, the processed yarn of the present invention can be produced at the same false twisting temperature, so the quality of the yarn is stable, the texture is good, and the strength and elongation are also good. Since it is high, it has good passability in the knitting process and can withstand alkali reduction process: ζ.
