デフ装置3は左右一対のデフヨーク軸10を有
し、その各デフヨーク軸10は軸受ケース6内を
貫通してミツシヨンケース1の外方に突出せしめ
られている。11はデフヨーク軸10を制動する
ブレーキで、デフヨーク軸10にスプライン結合
されかつ制動受部8の制動面8aに対向して設け
られたブレーキデイスク12、このブレーキデイ
スク12を制動面8a側に押圧するブレーキピス
トン13、その両者間に介装されたフリクシヨン
プレート14等を備え、これらを外側から覆うよ
うにしてブレーキケース15がボルト16により
ミツシヨンケース1に取付けられている。ブレー
キピストン13はリング状であつて、ブレーキケ
ース15に一体形成されたシリンダ室17に摺動
自在に内嵌されている。ブレーキケース15は周
壁15aと側壁15bとを有し、その側壁15b
にはブレーキデイスク12の外方近傍でデフヨー
ク軸10を支持するボール軸受18が内嵌される
と共に、段違い状の支持壁19が後斜め下方に向
かつて一体に形成されている。20は支持壁19
を挾んでブレーキ11に近接するように配置され
た終減速装置であつて、デフヨーク軸10の外端
部に一体形成された小径ギヤー21と、これに咬
合する大径ギヤー22とから成り、その大径ギヤ
ー22は後車軸23にスプライン嵌合されてい
る。後車軸23は横方向の略中央部でボール軸受
24を介して後車軸箱25により支持されると共
に、内端の小径軸部26がボール軸受27を介し
て支持壁19の周壁15aと対応する部分に支持
されている。なお大径ギヤー22は後車軸23に
形成された段部23aとナツト28との間でボー
ル軸受24の内輪、カラー29等と共に軸心方向
に締結されている。後車軸箱25は板金材をプレ
ス成形したものであつて、終減速装置24を横方
向外方から覆うようにして周縁部でボルト30に
より支持壁19に取付けられており、またこの後
車軸箱25は横方向外方に移るに従つて次第に細
くなり、その外端部に軸受ケース31が一体に溶
接されている。軸受ケース31は鋼管等を切断し
て成り、これにボール軸受24が一対の止め輪に
より固定されると共に、その外方側にオイルシー
ル32が嵌着されている。33は後輪で、ホイー
ルデイスク34を有し、そのホイールデイスク3
