に、このワークピースを保持する取扱装置に係る
ものである。

とが考えられる。ところが吸着すべき面が小さい
ため姿勢を一定にして吸着させることが困難であ
つた。また内円にコレツトチヤツクを差し込んで
保持する方法も実施されているが、部品が微細に
なり、強度が低いため破損し易く寿命が短いだけ
でなく、高価である欠点があつた。

7を設ける。ここでロツド6は図示の例では螺線
状に溝の切つてあるもので、例えばドリルをその
まま使用することができる。なおロツド6の形状
については後に述べる。

クピース11の中央孔に入ると共に、その溝によ
る吸気によつてワークピースは安定して保持され
る。そしてこのままの状態でシリンダ1を所定位
置にまで移動させ、導入孔8の弁を開放して加圧
空気を放出すればピストン2はスプリング4の力
によつて後退して、ワークピース11はロツド6
から自動的に離れる。この場合、ワークピースを
ロツドからはずすためには上記のようにロツドを
抜いても良いし、また外から挾み取ることもでき
る。
