Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は細棒の端部を高い精度をもつて加工、
検査するための装置に係り、更に詳しくは一定間
隔をもつて間欠的に移動する細棒の端部を加工或
は検査処理するに際し、処理直前に細棒の端部位
置合せをすることを特徴とした細棒の端面処理装

針類等の極細棒を加工するにはこれを一本づつ
位置決めして加工工具設定位置に供給する必要が

を発明し、第1図に示す如く外表面に棒溝1を多
数刻設した溝車2を間欠的に回転させると共に前
記棒溝1に細棒3を順次送り込み、且つ工具設定
位置で棒溝1内の細棒3を押圧具4によつて押圧
固定することによつて位置決めし、加工を行つて
いた。しかし前記位置決め機構は細棒3を一定間
隔をもつて間欠的に供給するだけであつたために
細棒端面を正確に処理するには不都合があつた。
即ち細棒の端面を精密に処理する場合、例えばセ
ンターモミ付、穴明け加工、面取り加工或は穴深
さ検査等を高い精度をもつて行うには、細棒端面
の位置が工具の基準点に対して常に一定の位置に

図により本考案の一実施例を説明すると、第2
図に於いて、5は前記溝車2の側方に設置される
摺動ベースであつて、左右一定距離間を溝車2の
間欠回転と同一周期をもつて間欠的に往復摺動す
る如く構成され、この摺動ベース5には把持チヤ
ツク6が取付固定され、該チヤツク6によつて穴
明けドリルや深さ測定ゲージ等の工具7を取付け
ることが出来る。また摺動ベース5にはL字形の
支持棒8がピン9によつて若干回動可能に軸着さ
れ、該支持棒8の先端には細棒3の端面を押圧位
置決めするための押金10が取付固定されてい
る。この押金10と工具7との間隔は溝車2に刻
設された棒溝1と同一間隔に設定され、且つ細棒
端面に対する工具7の先端と、押金10の先端と
の相対的な距離はネジ11を螺動して、支持棒8
をピン9を中心に回動することによつて調節し得
る如く構成されている。尚、本実施例にあつては
前記の如く工具7を固定して押金10を移動調節
可能に構成したが、逆に押金10を固定して工具
7を移動調節可能に構成してもよい。図中12は
支持棒8のガタつきをスプリング13の弾発によ

る。次に溝車2を矢印方向に間欠回転させると、
細棒3は溝車2の棒溝1に1本づつ挿入され、且
つ端部が棒溝1からはみ出した状態で移動して来
る。細棒3はこの時点では端面不揃いであるが、
装置Aを作動させ、摺動ベース5を左右矢印方向
に往復摺動させると、ドリル7′で穴明けされる
直前に細棒端面は押金10によつて側方から押圧
され、ドリル7′が前進した状態で、ドリル先端
に対して距離lだけ突出した位置に揃えられる。
従つて押金10によつて位置決めされた細棒3の
端面にはドリル7′によつて深さlの穴が正確に

し、支持部14の後部に設けたリミツトスイツチ
16を作動させて一定の信号を発する如く構成す
る。この場合も前記と同様に細棒3の端面は押金
10によつて正確に位置決めされるので細棒の端
面に穿孔された穴の深さが設定値より浅いとき
は、摺動ベース5が前進してゲージ7″が穴に挿
入された際にゲージ先端に力が加わり、リミツト
スイツチ16を作動させ、これによつて穴の深さ
が設定値以下の細棒を自動的に検出することが出

高精度で加工、測定することが出来、更に工具先
端と押金先端との相対的な距離を調節可能にした
ために細棒端部の加工量、検出量を簡単な操作に
よつて自由に調節出来る等の特徴を有するもので
