を成型する時に金属柄杆用の差込ピンを差し込んで成型
し、成型後、この前側部分から差込ピンを抜き取った後
、柄杆差込孔に金属柄杆を差し込み、この金属柄杆をプ
ラスチックハンドル芯として後側部分を前側部分に一体
に成型して所定形状のプラスチックハンドルを成型する
方法で、精度の高い金型を使用することなくプラスチッ
クハンドルを成型することが出来、その上金属柄杆をプ
ラスチックハンドルの奥深くまで埋設して金属ハンドル
と同様に重量感を有し、使い易いプラスチックハンドル
を成型するプラスチック成型ハンドルの成型法を提供す
ることが技術的課題である。
