近時、丸め成形治具と真円出し治具とを備えた装置を用
いるリング状エレメントの丸め成形方法が提案されてい
る(特開昭60−225615号参照)。

ング板を備えた下部円形櫛形治具とを用い、始めに下部
櫛形治具の櫛歯板に扇形濾材の同心円状山形ヒダを噛み
合わせ、その上から第1の上部櫛形治具の櫛歯板を濾材
の山形ヒダに噛み合わせた後、この上部櫛形治具をスラ
イドさせ、続いて他の上部櫛形治具を同様に順次嵌入し
てリング状とし、次にこれと共に扇形′濾材を取り出し
て下部円形櫛形治具7に嵌入し、最後に各上部櫛形治具
を除いた後、濾材を適宜に加圧して形状を固定するもの
である。

発明の効果 以上のように、円弧方向に多数の山形ヒダを備えた扇形
濾材をその山形ヒダが同心円状となるようにリング状に
丸め成形する場合に、本発明は、J’+M形痘材形出材
ヒダに上下の櫛形治具の173円又は174円の扇形同
心円弧状Mm板を上下から逐次嵌入し、7d後に濾材を
円形櫛形治具の同心円状の円形直立板に嵌合するのみで
あるから、作業がきわめて容易であり、かつ正確な寸法
の同心円形エレメントを成形し得ることができると共に
、その装置は簡単で低コストである。
