装置に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention uses a synthetic resin foam as a core material, and uses any foam material in which members formed into various cross-sectional shapes are integrally formed between the front and back surfaces of the core material. The present invention relates to a foam manufacturing apparatus that is useful for manufacturing a foam that is continuous in thickness and has sloped surfaces on either the front or back surface.

In particular, in the past, if either the front or back side of the foam was sloped, a special machine was required.

。With the steel belt method mentioned above, it is very difficult to manufacture a foam with an inclined surface due to the relationship between the rotation of the belt and the guide.Furthermore, in the case of the row row method mentioned above, scratches occur due to the difference in circumferential speed; As mentioned above, the method is limited to a single type. There were other drawbacks. Of course, with each of these types of devices, it is almost impossible to arbitrarily change the thickness of the foam. Furthermore, caterpillar-type equipment had a structure in which a profile was attached to the chain and link plates, making it heavy, expensive, and subject to severe wear.

ものである。The present invention fixes the lower mold member, connects the upper and lower mold members with a link plate and a free roller that also serves as a guide, eliminates the use of a chain, and separately installs a bearing to prevent loosening, so that the mold member can be attached to other parts. It prevents damage to the mold member surface except for direct contact with the upper mold member, and also allows the upper mold member to be tilted to any height and angle up to approximately 30 degrees. It is lightweight and has fewer failures. The present invention proposes an inexpensive foam manufacturing device.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A--A in FIG. 1. In the figure, the upper part is an upper mold member, and a large number of upper mold parts 2 are fixed to link plates 4.5 through a link plate connecting plate 3 as shown in FIGS. supports the free roller 6 which also serves as a guide, and the free roller 6 which also serves as a guide is supported on the
It is attached to one end of the main shaft 7 of the main shaft 7 via a collar 8 and a bearing 9 for preventing loosening. In addition, link board 4.
Reference numeral 5 serves as a chain-like function, a plate mounting member for connecting link plates, and a mounting member for the upper mold piece 2. ■ is the lower mold member, which has the same structure as the upper mold member, and in order to identify the members, 11 is the lower mold part, lla is a link plate connection plate, 12.13 is a link plate, and 14 is also used as a guide. 15 is a collar, 16 is a main shaft, and 17 is a bearing for preventing loosening. 18.19 is a guide rail, 20.21 is a guide body composed of a duct 22.23 and a reinforcing structural frame 24.25, and is useful for attaching the upper and lower mold members and the river. Reference numeral 21a denotes a fixed piece for guiding the lower mold member, and supports the guide body 20 on a tunnel-shaped pedestal 29, which will be described later. Reference numerals 22a and 23a are guides that function as guide portions of the bearing for preventing loosening. K is the space formed by the upper and lower mold members and the river in the mold. They are constructed so that they can be rotated by a certain angle depending on the combination. 30.31 is a driving shaft, 32.33 is a driven wheel, 34 is a cover, and 35.36 is a conveyor that conveys the foam surface material S, back surface material R1, and foam B to the next process at each location. be. Reference numeral 37 is a rattling prevention mechanism mounted on the upper mold member, which is composed of hydraulic cylinders 38 and links 39 on both sides at the upper end of the guide body 20, so that the upper mold member is prevented from being sized due to rattling etc. during the manufacture of the foam B. This is useful for stably supporting the guide body 20 so that errors do not occur much.

Now, assume that the foam shown in FIG. 6(a) is to be manufactured. In the figure, S is a colored steel plate, B is a polyurethane foam, and R is a composite plate made of aluminum kraft paper. Therefore, Hara, driven wheel 30.31.32.33 (
sprocket) rotates in the direction of the arrow, and the upper and lower mold parts 2.1
1 is heated to 50° C., and only one of the support rods 27 of the mold K is raised to set the mold K to a thickness matching that of the foam B having an inclined surface as shown in FIG. 6(a). That is, in this case, since the lower mold member is fixed, the upper mold member, guide body 20, and duct 22 are raised by the support rod 27,
The decorative surface is inclined at an angle of about 7 degrees. Of course, the link plates 4.5.12.13 also have the conventional chain-like function. Therefore, the raw material for polyurethane foam B is discharged onto the surface material S, the back material R is laminated on top of it, and the material is fed to a mold K via a guide roller and a spreading device T. is reacted, foamed and molded, and is continuously delivered from the outlet as a composite plate shown in Figure 6 (al).In this case, there is no play on the upper and lower mold members, and the specified dimensions are maintained. A composite plate was manufactured. In addition, the loosening prevention bearings 9.17 completely prevented the loosening of the upper and lower mold members, and also suppressed the displacement of the upper and lower mold members. In addition, the backlash prevention mechanism 37 reliably maintained the inclination of the upper die member.Furthermore, the upper and lower die members and ears were lighter than before, and the power was transmitted more directly. There is no energy loss and it can be manufactured efficiently.

が図れる。As described above, according to the foam manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, (1) the upper mold member can be arbitrarily tilted within an acute angle range with respect to the lower mold member, so that a foam having an inclined surface can be easily manufactured. (2) The upper mold member is suspended by the guide body and the rattling prevention mechanism, and can be vertically displaced by the support rod, and can be changed more smoothly by a predetermined dimension because this is done via a guide with a slide. -Efficiency is high because power is transmitted directly, and looseness in each component does not adversely affect the dimensions of the foam. ■Since the lower mold member is fixed and the upper mold member can be moved up and down, foams of arbitrary thickness can be easily manufactured using the same equipment. -Since the duct and the guide bodies for the upper and lower mold member guides are each made of the same material, there is no need to separately provide the duct cover and the mold member guide members, reducing costs.
