[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a construction board, and more specifically to a construction board in which a front board and a back board are attached to the front and back sides of a metal frame material. are each formed into a wavy shape, and a ventilation hole 3 is provided between the ridges 2 of the wavy shape to form a metal frame 4, and the ridges 2 are formed on one side piece 1 of the metal frame 4.
This relates to a construction board in which a front plate 5 is attached to the other side piece 1 in contact with the protrusion 2 thereof, and a back plate 6 is attached to the other side piece 1 in contact with the protrusion 2 thereof.

As shown in Fig. 1, in the conventional construction board, a front plate 5 is attached to one side of a metal frame 4a made of channel material in surface contact, and a back plate 6 is attached to the other side. Since they are attached in contact with each other, the temperature of the metal frame member 4a that is in surface contact with the outdoor surface plate 5, which is at a low temperature, decreases in temperature. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, condensation A occurs on the side piece 1 that is in surface contact with the back plate 6, which is at a high temperature on the indoor side.
Condensation A also occurs on the portion of the back plate 6 that is in surface contact with the surface. When condensation A occurs in this manner, the back plate 6 absorbs the condensed water, reducing the heat insulation effect and causing the back plate 6 on the indoor side to become dirty.

The present invention was developed in view of this problem, and its purpose is to form a channel-shaped side piece of a metal frame material into a wave shape, and to abut the front plate and the back plate on the wave-shaped protrusions. This reduces the contact between the metal frame and the front and back plates, thereby suppressing the early temperature drop of the metal frame and preventing condensation from forming on the metal frame. Furthermore, by providing ventilation holes between the protrusions, ventilation can be carried out to the contact points between the metal frame material and the front and back plates, thereby suppressing the occurrence of dew condensation. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a construction board that can allow condensed water to escape from the condensed area through the ventilation holes in the event that dew condensation occurs.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a metal frame material using channel material, and four of these metal frame materials 4 are connected in a shape of a mouth, and one side piece 1 of the channel material of these metal frame materials 4 is connected.
A front plate 5 is attached to the side piece 1, and a back plate 6 is attached to the other side piece 1 to form a building board 7. As shown in FIG. 3, the side pieces 1 are formed into a waveform shape, and a plurality of ventilation holes 3 are formed between the protrusions 2 along the length of the metal frame material 4 having the waveform shape. It has been formed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the side pieces 1 of the metal frame material 4, the front plate 5, and the back plate 6 can be attached to each other in almost line contact by the protrusions 2, and the front plate 5 When the temperature of the metal frame material 4 decreases, the temperature of the metal frame material 4 does not decrease prematurely. Therefore, the temperature difference between the back plate 5, which is at a high temperature on the warm side, and the metal frame material 4 can be made to increase quickly, and dew condensation can be prevented from forming on the side pieces 1 of the metal frame material 4. It can be suppressed. In addition, ventilation can be achieved through the ventilation holes 3 between the protrusions 2 to the contact points between the side piece 1 and the front plate 5 and the back plate 6.
This makes it possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation, and even if condensation occurs, the condensed water can escape from the area where it has condensed through the vent hole 3, allowing the condensed water to quickly evaporate and prevent condensation from occurring. This means that negative effects can be suppressed.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, the wavy-shaped protrusions formed on the side pieces of the metal frame are brought into contact with the front and back plates, so the front and back plates are not easily attached to the metal frame. This has the advantage that the contact area can be reduced, thereby suppressing an early temperature drop in the metal frame material, and suppressing dew condensation on the metal frame material. Furthermore, since ventilation holes are provided between the protrusions on the side pieces of the metal frame material, ventilation can be carried out to the contact points between the metal frame material and the front and back plates, resulting in There is an advantage in that the occurrence of dew condensation can be suppressed, and in the event that condensation occurs, the condensed water can be released from the vent hole to another location, thereby reducing the adverse effects of dew condensation.
