技術分野
この考案は建物のコンクリート壁等を穿孔する
際に使用される穿孔カツターに関するものであ

従来技術
従来、鉄筋コンクリート及び鉄筋入ブロツクの
穿孔の際には穿孔カツターをハンマードリルに装
着し、同穿孔カツターを穿孔方向に振動させなが
ら回転させることによつて穿孔作業を行つてい
た。しかし、この穿孔カツターが鉄筋に当たつた
時には、第1図に示すように切刃としての超硬チ
ツプ1が鉄筋2を打撃して切削する場合及び第2
図に示すように超硬チツプ1を支持するボデイ3
端縁が鉄筋2を直接打撃する場合が生じ、後者の
場合は当然鉄筋2を切削することはできない。従
つて、超硬チツプ1が常には鉄筋2を打撃切削し
得ないため、この穿孔カツターでは鉄筋2の切削
切断に大きな時間を要するとともに超硬チツプ1
の側面1aが鉄筋2に強打されて同超硬チツプ1
の欠け及びボデイ3からの剥離等が生ずるという
