A cylindrical strainer is attached to the water intake at the bottom end of the water well to filter and take in the water, but after several years of use, the well becomes clogged due to the adhesion of limescale, and the performance of the well deteriorates significantly. A cleaning device is lowered into the pipe to periodically unclog the strainer and regenerate it.

Generally, this type of cleaning equipment has a submersible pump below that sucks groundwater, and a water discharger connected to it has a nozzle that sprays water radially horizontally, and prevents the tip of the nozzle from coming into contact with the inner wall of the strainer. The strainer has a structure with a protruding bumper that removes clogging from the strainer using the force of water jetted out at high pressure from the nozzle. An appropriate spray distance is required between the tip and the inner wall of the strainer. However, in wells that are dug deeply, the hole diameter varies between 150 and 500 mm, and the strainer used at the outlet also has a different diameter, so conventional cleaning equipment does not necessarily provide an appropriate spray distance. Therefore, cleaning companies need to prepare a number of water sprayers with different dimensions so that they can clean any strainer.
Not only was this an economic burden, but it was also inconvenient in terms of transportation and storage.

This invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and aims to provide a cleaning device that can effectively remove clogging from strainers, regardless of their diameter.

When using the above cleaning device, use the hanging bracket 6.
A wire is hung on the pipe and lowered into the well pipe, and the motor pump 1 is driven at the strainer 7. In this way, the pressure of the pump 1 causes water to be ejected forcefully horizontally at high speed from the spout 19 at the tip of the nozzle 4, and scales etc. adhering to the strainer are scraped off by the force of the water, but the nozzle 4 is formed into a bolt shape and is screwed into the screw hole 24 of the water pump 3,
Since the length can be freely adjusted by rotating it, an appropriate distance L from the inner surface of the strainer 7 can be obtained regardless of the diameter of the strainer 7. In addition, the length of the bumper 5 is adjusted by once loosening the set screw 23 so that the tip thereof approaches the inner circumferential surface of the strainer 7.
It is possible to prevent the water sprayer 3 from moving in the horizontal direction.

As explained above, the cleaning device for a strainer for water intake in a well devised according to this invention allows the protrusion length of the nozzle and bumper to be freely adjusted, so even if the strainer has a different inner diameter, the protrusion length of the nozzle can be adjusted. This makes it possible to maintain an appropriate distance from the spout of the nozzle to the inner surface of the strainer, and to maintain that appropriate distance by adjusting the protruding length of the bumper, regardless of the diameter of the strainer. First, the clogging can be efficiently removed. Therefore, cleaning companies do not need to prepare water sprayers for each strainer with a different diameter, which has excellent effects such as reducing the economic burden and making it convenient for transportation and storage.

Note that when the nozzle is formed into a square bolt shape, the protrusion length of the nozzle can be easily adjusted by turning the head of the nozzle with a spanner.
