この考案は接岸する船舶を保護するために港湾
岸壁に取付けられる防舷材用受衝板の改良に関す

に装着したから、船舶の衝撃をクツシヨン材で吸
収緩和させつつ個々のプラスチツクパツドを船体
に沿うように独立して退入させ、受衝板全面に均
等な接触面圧を生じさせ、単位面積当りの接触面
圧を低くすることができるため、船体外板をへこ
