ビス１８が挿通する２つの円形の挿通孔Ａ，Ａ′
と、該両挿通孔Ａ，Ａ′を連通し上記ビスが摺動
可能にかつ抜出し不能に係合する係合溝Ｂとから
なる固定穴１７が形成されていることを特徴とす
