はダイアフラムリング、６はスペーサである。
断面図、第２図ないし第５図はスペーサの周縁に
酸化皮膜よりなるスペーサ６を形成する際の作業
工程を示した第１図と同様な側断面図である。 図中、１はコンデンサマイクロホンユニツト、
２は絶縁座、３は背極板、４はダイアフラム、５

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アルミニウムもしくはその合金からなる背
極板上にスペーサを介してダイアフラムを対設し
てなるコンデンサマイクロホンユニツトにおいて
、 上記スペーサは、上記背極板の少なくとも周縁
に陽極酸化法により形成された多孔性硬質酸化皮
膜からなることを特徴とするコンデンサマイクロ
ホンユニツト。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
多孔性硬質酸化皮膜には四フツ化樹脂が含浸され
ていることを特徴とするコンデンサマイクロホン
ユニツト。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)または(2)にお
いて、上記スペーサは上記背極板上に点在されて
いることを特徴とするコンデンサマイクロホンユ
ニツト。
