鉋刃と鉋刃押え板を螺着一体化するよう構成する
ことによつて、上記止めネジ及び取付ネジの締付
けが不完全である場合の鉋刃飛出しを楔効果によ
つて確実に防止できるようにすると共に、特に、
止めネジ座当り部及び傾斜面を鉋刃よりも機械的
強度の低い鉋刃押え板へ設けたので加工が容易で
ある。従つて、上記ネジの締付けによつては鉋刃
の取付けを安定的に、かつ堅牢にでき、しかも製
作が容易、かつ簡単で安価に製作できるようにし
たことにある。

ジ4の座当り部6を、当該鉋刃押え板2の表面に
あつて、その先端2e側から基端2f側に傾斜下

刃と鉋刃押え板2を螺着一体化するよう構成した
から、上記傾斜面7によつて鉋刃押え板2が鉋刃

するので、止めネジ4の完全締付時はもとより、
該止めネジ4の不完全締付時においては鉋刃1が
その基端方向に移動することとなつて、その刃先

のを防止することができ、もつて切削作業の安全
対策上優れた効果を発揮できると共に、鉋刃1及
び鉋刃1との干渉による機械の損傷等による事故
を無くすことができる。又、特に本案によるとき
は、鉋刃押え板2の長さ及び横幅を鉋刃1のそれ
と同等に形成してあり、鉋刃1の刃先1aを除い
た他の全てを当該鉋刃押え板2で覆つて鉋胴3に
対して重積状態に鉋刃1を固定すると共に、鉋刃
押え板2の基端2fに沿つて下曲片2bを設け、
これを鉋胴3の長さ方向に長く設けられた位置決
め溝3bと係嵌するから、鉋胴3に対して鉋刃1
の取り付けを安全性良く、かつ堅牢に、しかも位
置ずれすることなく行ない得るのであり、更に止
めネジ座当り部6及び傾斜面7を鉋刃1よりも機
械的強度の低い鉋刃押え板2に設けたので、加工
が容易であり、又鉋刃押え板2以外の部材を必要
としないから構造的に極め簡単であることと相俟
つて低コストに製作できる等の効果がある。
