する部分を金属環帯(11)の長手方向に沿って所定長
さDに百って切除して切除部(12)を形成する。さら
に切除部(12)で後退した端部(14)を、そのパネ
ル+11に接する側の面が先端に向かって漸次パネル+
11から離れる傾斜面(15)となるように例えばプレ
