Bedsores tend to occur in bedridden patients, especially patients with sensory disorders such as brain damage or paralysis, and are thought to be compression necrosis of human tissue that occurs as a result of continuous pressure on the same part of the body for a long time. At first, the skin turns red, and as it worsens, it develops into blisters and even ulcers. Since bedsores are difficult to cure once they occur, preventive measures are required to prevent them from occurring.

The hollow member according to the present invention has an upper surface made of a breathable material. Such breathable materials are not particularly limited as long as they have ventilation holes that do not allow the desiccant to leak outside from the hollow part, but they are suitable for the purpose of being in contact with the human body during use. A material having flexibility is preferable. Examples of such materials include cotton, breathable fluoropolymer film, and the like. Furthermore, since such materials are easily contaminated during use, it is desirable that the material itself be made of a water-repellent material or that it be made of a hydrophilic material and subjected to a water-repellent treatment.
Examples of the former include breathable, fluorine-based polymer films, and examples of the latter include fibers or cloth coated with silicone-based or fluorine-based water and oil repellents.

When forming the hollow portion with a breathable material, the upper surface that comes into contact with the human body is made of the breathable material, and the other surfaces are made of the non-breathable material. By doing so, the desiccant can effectively absorb moisture from the human body for a long period of time without absorbing unnecessary atmospheric moisture.

On the other hand, chemical desiccant and physical desiccant are used as the desiccant filled in the hollow part, but the former is difficult to recycle and cannot be used repeatedly, so it is undesirable from a cost perspective, and the former is difficult to recycle and cannot be used repeatedly. The latter is preferable. Among the latter, those that are relatively easy to regenerate and do not exhibit deliquescent properties are particularly desirable. Examples of such desiccant include silica gel, anhydrous calcium sulfate, and activated alumina.

Furthermore, it is particularly desirable to add activated carbon to such a desiccant because it has a deodorizing effect upon use. Furthermore, it is preferable to add beads to the desiccant because the beads produce a body weight dispersion effect and an acupressure effect.

In the figure, the upper surface 1 is made of cloth and has been subjected to the water-repellent treatment, and the lower surface 2 is made of a non-breathable plastic sheet. It forms a bag with 3. A partition 4 is provided inside the bag to connect the upper surface and the lower surface and divide the hollow section 3, thereby preventing the desiccant 5 filled in the hollow section 3 from moving to an adjacent hollow section. The desiccant is a mixture of granular silica gel, activated carbon and heat resistant plastic beads.

FIG. 3 shows a device suitable for this regeneration, which includes a main body 11 made of a breathable material in a bag shape, a hot air generator 12, and a conduit 13 for sending hot air from the hot air generator into the main body. Consisting of This main body is provided with a fastener 14 that can be opened and closed, and by opening this fastener, the above-mentioned bed sore prevention or treatment device can be accommodated in the main body. Reference numeral 15 denotes a hot air inlet provided in the main body, which is detachably connected to the conduit 13. 16 is a timer that adjusts the time for sending hot air into the main body. With this device, hot air at 150℃ is required to regenerate the used desiccant.
It only needs to be fed for a certain amount of time and can be used again in the same way, so it can be easily regenerated at home, hospital, etc.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the device for preventing or treating bedsores according to the present invention, in which the upper surface 21 of the hollow portion is made of a breathable material, the lower surface 22 is made of a non-breathable material, and a desiccant 23 is provided in the hollow portion. The filling point is similar to that shown in FIG. 1, but the shape of the hollow portion is different. That is, the lower surface 22 is formed into a substantially planar shape, the upper surface 21 is raised in a substantially hemispherical shape, and a hollow portion is formed between the upper surface and the lower surface. A plurality of hollow portions are provided on the plane.

After about one week of continuous use, the device shown in Figure 3
It was regenerated by blowing warm air at 150℃ for about 1 hour. This regenerated product was used again on areas where pressure sores were occurring. After repeating this process for about 60 days, the bedsore that had initially appeared on his head completely healed.
