<Prior Art> So-called emergency adhesive plasters have been known as dressings for small wounds on fingers and the like. This bandage is generally made of a long, thin piece of adhesive with gauze attached to the center. However, since the adhesive piece has no air permeability, the affected area becomes stuffy and healing is slow. Therefore, a small hole is made in the adhesive piece to prevent swelling of the affected area.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, with conventional dressing materials, water may enter through the small holes, and the sticky layer of the adhesive piece is soft and fluid, so the small holes may form during storage or use. blockage,
They often did not function as ventilation holes.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel wound patch that eliminates these disadvantages and has a structure that prevents moisture from entering, maintains air permeability, and is easily adapted to the affected area.

<Means for solving the problem> In other words, the gist of the wound dressing piece of the present invention is that one piece having a diameter of 1 mm or more is placed approximately in the longitudinal center of a rectangular flexible adhesive piece. The above-mentioned opening is provided, and a water-repellent and breathable microporous polymer film is adhered to the adhesive surface of the piece so as to close the opening. There is a particular thing.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 11 is a flexible rectangular film piece such as a soft polyvinyl chloride film, nonwoven fabric, or woven fabric; 12 is an adhesive layer uniformly formed on the front surface of one side of the piece 11; and 12, the adhesive piece 1 is constructed. Reference numeral 2 denotes a plurality of openings formed approximately in the center of the adhesive piece 1, and the openings 2 have a large hole diameter of 1 mm or more and are square, rectangular, circular, star-shaped, etc. One or more are provided. 3 is a microporous polymer film stuck to the surface of the adhesive layer 12 of the adhesive piece 1 so as to close the opening 2, and is water repellent and breathable. 4 is a protective liner;
It is superimposed on the microporous polymer film 3 and the adhesive layer 12.

A microporous polymer film that is water repellent and breathable, has micropores that are breathable enough to prevent peeling, and has water repellency that prevents water from entering from the outside. However, it is preferable to use a microporous fluororesin film having an average pore diameter of 0.01 to 100 μm.

<Effects of the invention> Since the wound patch of the present invention has the above structure, moisture or sweat near the affected area is reliably evaporated from the opening through the microporous polymer film, and water from the outside is prevented. Since it has the feature of being able to prevent infiltration, it has the effect of promoting natural healing of the affected area.

Furthermore, since an opening is provided in the center of the adhesive piece and a microporous polymer film is attached to this part, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, the wound dressing piece can be covered so that the film comes into contact with the affected area. However, since the affected area is pressed by a water-repellent microporous polymer film formed in the opening, rather than by an adhesive piece, it has the advantage that it can be easily peeled off without irritating the affected area.
