    。 (2) 前記抵抗膜は、さらに両側面に形成されて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のチツプ抵抗器。 (3) 前記抵抗膜の表面及び裏面に、抵抗値調節
    用の溝を、スパイラル状に形成したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のチツプ
    抵抗器。
