Technical background of the invention For example, when taking impressions of teeth for dental treatment,
Dental impression material powder is mixed with water and placed in a tray, which is then applied to the patient's teeth. Conventionally, this kneading involves measuring the impression material powder, placing it in a rubber ball, and adding the measured amount of water. It was done by stirring and kneading with a spatula.

For this reason, it takes time to measure the impression material and water, and when work is done in a hurry, relying on visual measurements may result in incorrect mixing ratios and poor molding. There is a risk that the powder will scatter and adversely affect the health of the user and patient.Furthermore, the impression material and water may spill during measuring and kneading, which not only stains the floor, but also damages the impression material and water. There is a risk that the blending ratio with the rubber ball and spatula may be inappropriate, and in addition, there is a problem that cleaning the rubber ball and spatula after use requires time and effort.

These problems also exist with other powdered dental materials that require mixing, such as dental cement and plaster.
In addition, the trouble and inaccuracy of measuring, the possibility of spilling the material, and the problem of cleaning,
This also exists in the case of dental materials that require kneading other than powders such as granules.

Purpose of the invention The present invention solves these problems, allows the combination of dental materials and kneading liquid to be obtained quickly and in an accurate ratio, and has an extremely low risk of spilling the materials.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a dental material package that is easy to knead, does not require cleaning after use, and does not scatter even if the material is powder.

Summary of the invention The object of the invention is to seal the dental material to be used after adding and kneading a kneading liquid in a flexible film bag, and the flexible film bag is used for kneading. The needle insertion part is provided with a syringe needle insertion part for adding liquid to the dental material with a syringe, and after the inserted syringe needle is pulled out,
This is achieved by a dental material package characterized in that the film bag has an insertion portion that can close the film bag in a liquid-tight manner.

That is, since the flexible film bag containing the dental material is equipped with a syringe needle insertion portion, water, an aqueous solution, or other kneading liquid can be injected using the syringe needle. Therefore, the kneading liquid can be quickly, easily, and precisely added to the dental material previously sealed in a film bag in a predetermined amount, resulting in an accurate proportion of the mixture. Also, there is very little risk of spilling the liquid during injection.
Further, the film bag is flexible, and the injection needle insertion part can close the film bag in a liquid-tight manner after the inserted injection needle is removed, so that it can be mixed with dental materials. Kneading with the liquid for use can be achieved by a simple operation of injecting the liquid with a syringe and then kneading the film bag by hand. At this time, there is also very little risk of spilling the material. Moreover, since the film bag can be manufactured at low cost, it can be disposable after the kneaded material is taken out, and cleaning after use is not necessary. Furthermore, since the kneading is carried out in a closed film bag, even if the material before kneading is powder, it will not be scattered into the outside air.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Dental material package 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2
In this example, an impression material 2 for taking impressions of teeth is housed in a bag 3 made of a flexible synthetic resin film. The resin may be one used for ordinary packaging or bags, such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride, but it should be transparent or translucent so that the dental material and its kneaded state can be visually observed. is desirable. The impression material 2 may be used in an amount suitable for use, but for convenience in use, it is desirable to use the amount normally used for one time. Although the bag 3 is sealed around the bag 3 to be in a hermetically sealed state, in order to facilitate the injection of water for kneading and kneading, it is desirable that excess air be expelled. A hypodermic needle insertion portion 4 and a notch 5 for opening the bag are formed at one end of the bag 3. The injection needle insertion part 4 has an elastic resin piece that becomes liquid-tight after the injection needle inserted into the insertion part 4 is pulled out, and the resin piece allows the bag 3 to be removed from the inside. It is disposed so as to penetrate through the bag 3 and is tightly adhered to the bag 3.

When using this dental material package 1, first, insert the injection needle 6 of the syringe filled with water into the bag 3 from the injection needle insertion part 4 as shown in FIG.
A predetermined amount of water is poured into the bag 3 and added to the impression material 2. Next, the injection needle 6 is removed from the insertion part 4, and the bag 3 is rubbed by hand to thoroughly knead the impression material and water. Thereafter, the bag 3 is cut open from the notch 5 by hand, and the kneaded material is squeezed out and placed on a tray. Once used, the bag 3 can be thrown away.
