Further, as the dye, an acidic metal-containing dye is selected as a light-blocking dye, and after dyeing, a fixing treatment with a metal complex compound, etc. is performed.

Felt is placed on the back of automobile carpets, and in luggage that is exposed to sunlight, it absorbs radiant heat and heats the back of the carpet, raising the temperature to about 7.20°C. Furthermore, if the insulation of the back surface of the carpet is insufficient even in a portion of the catalytic converter, the temperature of the car head will increase.

The phenomenon is that the color of the base of the nylon pile changes to brown, and the strength of the pile decreases significantly.

If it is less than θf%, the effect will not be sufficient, and if it is more than θf%, there will be almost no more effect under the predetermined test conditions, and on the contrary, the cost will increase, which is not preferable. The heat stabilizers used in this invention include hindered phenol, hydrazine, thioether, and phosphorus heat stabilizers.

Using θθ denier nylon bulky yarn as pile yarn, polyester spunbond/2θg/m base fabric//♂ Gauge, 2 stitches and tufting to obtain a gray fabric with low density polyethylene on the back side of the gray fabric. Yucalon MV-30 (manufactured by Mitsubishi Yuka Co., Ltd.) was blended with Irganox 107tC Ciba Geigy Co., Ltd. hindered phenol stabilizer) in various proportions as a heat stabilizer. The extruder was used to melt and coat the back of the carpet greige. In order to measure the light resistance and heat resistance of this carpet, we laminated 10 mm of felt tsubu (Hyowa fiber-fiber phenolic resin-impregnated felt) on the back of this carpet, and measured the B and P temperatures using a Sunshine Queza-Ometer. The θθ time was measured at 3°C soil and 3°C. After irradiation, the sample was used to measure suture removal strength and taper wear test (wear wheel H-3, load/

The same test as on the evening of -1 was conducted. The results are shown in the table. As can be seen from the table, both the suture removal strength and the abrasion strength were superior to the comparative example, and the strength, light radiation, and heat resistance were improved. What is the pile stitch removal strength of the original fabric before the irradiation test? The 7kg abrasion strength was grade 3.
