手摺りを堰壁上に立設する取付装置において、筒
状支柱の上端部に手摺り笠木を、また下端部に堰
壁笠木をそれぞれ取付け、手摺り笠木の内部から
堰壁笠木の裏面側に突出する通しボルトを筒状支
柱の内部に挿通すると共に、その突出端に係合鉤
を一体形成し、堰壁に固着したアンカー金具の上
面に、上記通しボルトを回転せしめることにより
上記係合鉤が係合する係合溝を形成してなる手摺
りの取付装置。 ２ 前記手摺り笠木は下部笠木部材とこれに離脱
可能に係合する上部笠木部材とからなり、通しボ
ルトの上端部は下部笠木部材にナツト止めされて
