Claims (1)
- そのエミツタを共通接地すると共にそのコレク
タを飽和トランスのコレクタ巻線にそのベースを
飽和トランスのベース巻線に接続してなる第１お
よび第２のトランジスタを具備してなる自励型イ
ンバータにおいて、前記第１および第２のトラン
ジスタのベースとエミツタとの間にそのカソード
をエミツタ側に配置して定電圧ダイオードを接続
したことを特徴とする自励型インバータ。
