中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電源側から負荷側に電力を供給する電源回
    路の電流を検出する電流検出手段と、該電流検出
    手段にて検出された電流値が規定値以上になつた
    場合に警報を発生する警報手段と、該警報手段に
    て警報を発生した後に上記検出された電流値が引
    き続き規定値以上である場合に上記電源回路を遮
    断する開閉手段とを備えて構成したことを特徴と
    する遮断器。 (2) 上記開閉手段は警報手段による警報が発生
    された後、予め定められた時限経過後に遮断動作
    を行う構成としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の遮断器。
