Claims (1)
- 磁性材料からなる一対のハーフコアの接合面を
磁気ギヤツプとする磁気ヘツドコアであつて、こ
の磁気ギヤツプの幅を、該磁気ギヤツプの両側に
位置させた耐摩耗材によつて規制した磁気ヘツド
コアにおいて、上記ハーフコアをＦｅ‐Ａｌ‐Ｓ
ｉ系合金材料から形成するとともに、上記磁気ギ
ヤツプの幅を、上記一対のハーフコアを接合した
後、その記録媒体摺接面に形成した対の平行な磁
気ギヤツプ幅規制溝によつて形成し、かつこの磁
気ギヤツプ幅規制溝内に、非磁性耐摩耗材を溶着
によつて形成したことを特徴とする磁気ヘツドコ
ア。
