As shown in Japanese Patent No. 12004, a gas generator is used to reduce the oxygen concentration in the storage by burning fuel containing carbon in a combustion device and introducing combustion exhaust gas into the storage, and to maintain the atmosphere in the storage to a predetermined level. It consists of a Co2 absorption tank (gas adjustment device) that adjusts the value.

By opening the container, atmospheric air will enter the storage room, destroying the CA atmosphere and having an adverse effect on the stored items. In addition, by not checking the storage condition of stored items for several months, it is impossible to prevent stored items from spoiling due to errors in the composition of the atmosphere inside the warehouse, resulting in a large amount of damage.

A cooling device 7 consisting of a blower 6.6 is mounted on the top. The storage 1 includes a carbon dioxide gas generator 8 that fills the interior with carbon dioxide (Co2)', and a carbon dioxide adsorption device 9 that adsorbs excess carbon dioxide (Co2) in the interior and maintains it at a constant concentration. each connected. The carbon dioxide generator 8 is constructed between an inlet pipe 1o that introduces air in the storage 1 and an exhaust pipe 11 that discharges combustion gas into the storage 1, and includes a blower 12, a pulp 13, a combustion furnace 14, and a combustion exhaust gas. It consists of a cooler 16. The blower 12 guides the air inside the storage 1 to the combustion furnace 14 through the introduction pipe 1o, cools the combustion exhaust gas in the combustion furnace 14 with the cooler 16, and then circulates it into the storage 1 through the discharge pipe 11. The combustion furnace 14 also includes an inner casing 17 having a ceramic tube 16 on its inner surface, an outer casing 19 with an air passage 18 formed between the inner casing 17 and the inner casing 17 for supplying secondary combustion air, and a It is composed of a grate 21 on which the fuel 2o is placed, and an ignition heater 22 for heating the air from the blower 12 to combust the solid fuel 2o. solid fuel 2
0 is carbon with high purity like charcoal, and carbon is released by combustion.
Due to the reaction +020N2→CQ2+N2, the combustion exhaust gas becomes only carbon dioxide (Co2) and nitrogen (N2) and is introduced into the storage 1. 23 is a pulp for introducing air for combustion assistance from the outside air.

。When Co2; 1e%, 02; s% is reduced, excess carbon dioxide gas (Co.) is adsorbed to a predetermined value, for example, N2: 9o%, Co2: s%, 02: 5%, and stored in a storage. 1. It is for discharging outside. The inlet pipe 2 is connected to the two adsorbers 24 and 25 so that the gas in the storage 1 is alternately circulated.
6, discharge pipe 27, blower 28, pulp 29~. It consists of 36 pieces. Inside the adsorber 24.25, an adsorbent 37.
38 is filled with carbon dioxide gas (Co2)', and when the adsorption capacity decreases, the heater 40 installed on the discharge side of the blower 39 is heated to blow hot air all over the pulp 33, 35.
Air is blown through an inlet pipe 41 led to the adsorber 24, 26 via a valve 3436 to desorb carbon dioxide, and the carbon dioxide gas is discharged to the atmosphere through an exhaust pipe 42 led to the atmosphere via a valve 3436. For example, the adsorber 24 has an adsorption effect, the adsorber 25

34 is open, and valves 31, 32, 35, 36 are closed, and the blower 28 passes the excess carbon dioxide (Co2) in the storage 1 through the adsorbent 37 of the adsorber 24 to adsorb carbon dioxide. On the other hand, outside air heated by the heater 4o by the blower 39 is transferred to the adsorber 2.
Carbon dioxide gas is desorbed by passing it through the adsorbent 38 of No. 5. 43 is a connecting pipe that connects the discharge pipe 11 and the introduction pipe 26. 44°, 45.46 are valves, respectively, and discharge pipes 11. ; When the carbon dioxide generator 8 is operated, the air inside the refrigerator is introduced from the introduction pipe 10 by the blower 12, passes through the valve 13, and is introduced into the combustion furnace 14.
The solid fuel 20 is heated by the ignition heater 22 and used for combustion. Due to the reaction of C+O2+N2→C02+N2, the exhaust gas becomes only carbon dioxide (Co2) and nitrogen (N2), which are cooled by the cooler 16 and then circulated into the storage 1 through the discharge pipe 11. Only 2) is returned into the storage 1 through the discharge pipe 27. The adsorbers 24 and 25 alternately repeat an adsorption action and a desorption action, and continuously adsorb carbon dioxide gas (Co2) in one of the adsorbers. Therefore, the carbon dioxide concentration in the storage 1 is maintained at 5. On the other hand, since the oxygen (02) concentration is being used for combustion during that time, it decreases and reaches the predetermined value of 6%. The gas monitor 49 detects this and stops the carbon dioxide gas generator No. 8. Now the predetermined o gas in storage 1 is concentrated tN2; 90%, C
o2: 5%, 02: 6%, and storage begins. During storage, the stored items 51.58 that have been placed in the storage status confirmation chamber 48.54 are stored in the same atmosphere as inside the storage 1 through the many small communication holes 49 inside the storage 1. Therefore, when checking the storage condition of stored items, it can be visually checked through the small door 50.55 of the door 47. Also, when opening the small door 50.55, the shutter 52.57 opens the storage status confirmation room 48.54 and the storage room 1.
Since the inside is shut off, the storage condition can be checked by opening the small door 50, 55, taking out the stored items 51, 58, and touching them with your hands without changing the atmosphere inside the storage 1. For example, the storage condition of stored item 61 was checked in the second month of storage, and the other stored item 68 was checked in the fourth month. You can check the storage status of stored items that have not been stored.

During CA storage, the storage condition of stored items can be checked visually and by touch without disturbing the OA atmosphere in the storage, so the quality of single-quality and multi-quality stored items can be grasped, and the stored items can be checked at the appropriate time. It is possible to prevent damage caused by shipping and spoilage of stored items.
