Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional stability and resistance to heat deterioration of release paper, by using machine-glazed paper as a paper base of release paper provided with a release agent layer on at least one side of the paper base via an undercoating layer. CONSTITUTION:Release paper provided with a release agent layer on at least one side of the paper base via an undercoating layer, wherein machine-glazed paper is used as the paper base. It is preferred that the machine-glazed paper be one produced by a neutral paper making method because of excellent resistance to heat deterioration of the paper base.
