体。 (2) 前記グリツド抵抗体は、耐熱ガラスを介し
てホーロー基板の表面に固着されていることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
発熱体。 (3) 前記グリツド抵抗体は、前記ホーロー基板
にカシメ止め固定されていることを特徴とする実
