    スピーカユニツトとを備え、両者の音軸が交差す
    る車載用スピーカにおいて、中高域再生スピーカ
    用ハウジングと、ウーフアユニツトの磁気回路と
    を、磁気回路を貫くボルトにより一体的に結合し
    て構成したことを特徴とする車載用スピーカ。
